Hiii sir I am Nityanand, from chennai I was working in XYZ company , while working in xyz company in covid period 2021, my company didn't gave me system for work from home , at that time i was worked in online portal (omnion premedia), which provide a outsourcing freelancing job. I did until my company contacted me back. It was around 2 months. Now last week i was selected in Tech Mahindra and rejected in Pre BGV, due to service overlap in dual companies But in EPFO portal service history there was only one data which is current company(XYZ), there is no overlap in service history of EPFO but it was overlapped in ITR verification , TDS deduction from the Freelancing company. I am not getting the solution or idea to fix this issue. Are there any solutions ?
Sir, I have selected in one of MNC, but at the time of BGC they found a unclaimed PF and they asked me about the last date of service of it. So I called this PF company to close it at the same day which was my DOJ because I didn't work with them, now DOJ and DOE is same and they have sent me a written mail where they acknowledged all my employeement details like employee code, position, doj and doe which I have sent to BGC team of mnc, it will be ok for cleaning BGC because the BGC team said if any further doc needed for this unclaimed PF they will inform me now they will process will this doc. Please help me ??
Hi i am siva i have a month and 20 day overlap between previous and current employment. If I want to join companies like TCS, WIPRO or Infosys will i face any issues can you explain
Sir its been 3 months ive joined a BPO (MNC) company it has 1 yr bond, PF is also created, now i want to join other MNC, when i asked my company that I'm resigning they told they will keep me in "abscond" 1) Should I tell other company about my current job/not in interview 2) I've heard that companies terminate if they find in bgc. 3) please guide me with complete procedure and let me know if there is anything that i should know. Hi sir I really appreciate your work and like way u explain things , i had never thought that I will ever ask any questions but unfortunately that has came , Actually i m working in investment banking company and someone told me that companies nowdays checking credit score credit report n all...so i m really worried about things because I had lost of delayed payments and emi bounced my score is ok but delay in payment more than 40+ emi , so please guide me because I don't what will happen in future , please need ur help, my current score is good only tension about too many delays in payment! Thank you!!
