    I'm seeing some videos where they essentially scribe it then beadroll it. Is this to help with distortion or are you changing dies in the mean time? Some guys just do it in one pass. Just curious the different logics

    What die did you change to on the bottom for the boarder? Looked like the universal v groove

    Do you do any kind of preparation to the metal? Like sanding or polishing.

      No sir, we dont prep the metal at all before beadrolling

    It would be great if you showed the dies that were being used at the various times. Moves to quick to pick up that point. Excellent video of what can be done but really doesn't show how to do it.

      I think it's to keep from stretching the metal too much in one pass and warping it.

      Exactly what Ig3822 said. We go over it with light pressure so we dont warp the metal, because once the metal is sprung, it will never go back. So light pressure and multiple passes keeps the metal nice and flat
