Hello, i viewed your video many times, very interesting explanations. I still cannot understand:
- How come we have 100mV at pin 15 whereas it is connected to 5V.
- What is the voltage at pin 15 and pin 16 when output is 10A.
- Where is the refence ? pin 15 or 16 ?

In the circuit diagram you will see that there is a 47K resistance on pin number 15, which is connected to 5 volts. There is a 1K resistance in front of the 47K resistance. It is connected to the input of the shunt resistance, hence 100 millivolt voltage is set on pin number 15 and the shunt. The output of the resistance is the negative output of the SMPS. It is connected to pin no. 16. As soon as -100mV voltage comes on pin no. 16, the maximum current of the SMPS will be 10 amps. If we set 50mV voltage on pin no. 15, the maximum current of the SMPS. To test the milli voltage, it will be 5 amps. Connect a load of 1 amp on the SMPS and apply the black lead of the multimeter to the input of the shunt resistance and the red lead on pin number 15. You will get 100 milliamp of voltage on pin number 16 -10 millivolts will be available
Therefore, you can increase or decrease the output current by increasing or decreasing the voltage received on pin number 15.

Everything is ok, but your voltage divider showing 4.8v on your multimeter at pin 15.
For maximum 10 ampere current there should be 100mA voltage on pin no. 15 and for 5 ampere current 50mA voltage should be set on pin no. 15
सर जो pcb में पहले से प्रीसेट दिया है।उसे निकलना है कि नही।
इस SMPS में प्रीसेट को नही हटाना है इस से भी वोल्टेज सेट कर सकते है
