Hi dinma, I followed all these steps except taking my legalized document to the embassy for the stamp. Basically, it was the last day I could submit ( that was August 30th) the person at the embassy was being very difficult and blah blah blah... Yet, I was declared eligible by the school (umf craiova). Do you think I have a good change of getting the acceptance letter from the ministry of education? I know someone who got the admission letter in Bucharest without having to legalize it at the embassy

High Dimma, good afternoon. I was sent an acceptance letter from National School of Political and Administration Studies of Bucharest, and also with a certificate from their Ministry Of Education. That is should make payment of 1950 euros.

Do you have to do police character certificate to apply for your visa? Also, will you need a police character certificate when applying for your residency permit in Romania?
You need it for only visa in Nigeria

For the scratch card ,I can use card waec gave too me during the waec exam right? And also for the national identity card ,can I use my (NIN )?
FOR authentication can I apply first before authenticating my document cause I stay in pH ,Abuja is far for me

My WAEC was laminated by my school before I got it... can I still apply with the laminated Waec?
Yes but they will need to remove the lamination, which can damage the documents if not properly handled
