This was fun! And it's something I'm doing at the moment with new whiskey distilleries. I might not be able to go back 40 years, but I'm holding on to a few bottles to compare against their releases in a few years to see if there's any flavour drift in the profile

Lol. I believe the older versions for the European market did. Not really sure if the beetle dye was ever approved as an ingredient in America.
