They were showing that she wanted to play the damsel in distress. She could of saved herself if she had wanted to. But shevwanted a man to save her because as a girl, she wanted to see how it would feel to be saved and rescued by a man.
Or... she is a 6 year old girl who had a giant razor like net flying at her. Just because she is strong doesnt mean she could move fast enough and just because she is strong doesnt mean that she can't get hurt by something hitting her. she is strong not invulnerable and again only 6 years old, of course she got scared. especially since she knows that net was meant to be able to take out someone much more powerful than her
