Her other song "Who's Leaving Who" is also one of her great songs, and I used to dance to it in a country-western bar.
I hadn't heard Anne Murray's music since I was a kid. Definitely left me missing my dad, who has been gone for 30 years. He liked her music. "Could I Have This Dance" was one of his favorites. It was played at my parents wedding, and indeed he always said it was his theme song for he and my mother. Oh, how I miss my dad, Anne's music is a strong reminder of him, for sure.
