Maybe you shouldn't live on an isolated property with no neighbors, where u assume and believe everyone that turns in your driveway or property are out to get you. So i have a question did he always sit on his porch at night with his gun just waiting to shoot at anybody that drove on his drive way???? So this convoy of vehicles, including guys on motorbikes turned into this guys personal property, looped around his backyard to "turn around" and then were fired on by a nervous hone owner? I don't know if that seems all that out of the ordinary.... Edit: and they did this in the dark? I think I might be nervous too. This news report doesn't contain enough information. Apparently guy was getting angry about people turning around in his driveway and it was a known issue. Horrible reporting.
They were in his driveway and not posing a threat to him. I can understand being concerned and getting your firearm. But you should wait until they pose a threat to your life (meaning, try and break into your home, etc.). They never did that! If this man had used common sense and just waited, but he didn't. He is a murderer and should be put away for life.
I had almost this exact thing happen to me back in late September along Rt.2 in northern Ohio. How my situation played out was even more bizarre, but at least Gomer didn't kill me.
Crazy it’s a lot of nothing out here in Ohio while driving. I did that late one nite lost coming from Columbus I had to pull in someone’s driveway at 1am to fix the GPS someone cut on the lights so I backed out and left.
