My favorite part of each song 1:29 - my favorite used to be the beginning but it went from sounding like mario mario land 2 (my favorite 2d mario not counting yoshis island) to mario bros 3 (my 3rd LEAST favorite 2d mario) and now I'm sad :( 4:31 - "still here, haven't learned your lesson? You will see, just how nintendo deals with piracy! Your fate is tagged with the pirate flag, because you're nothing but a scurvy scallywag! Thought you could do what you want because a pirate is free? Well now you're trapped in a rap of anti piracy! You'd better put your sins before your heart, because THIS. IS. WHERE. YOUR. SENTENCE STARTS!" 6:57 - Obviously 12:02 - The only time mr. L's vocals sounded natural. 12:50 - This is the only good part because the rest of the song got completely ruined and this went from my favorite song to my ABSOLUTE LEAST FAVORITE 18:15 - going from my least favorite to my bronze metal song (if you don't count the credits) this song gets a bad rep for no reason. I could shoot down every reason why this song sucks. This part is my favorite because not only does it sound so intense, but it also feels like THIS is where Marco knew what he wanted MX's songs to feel like. Alright, since I did it with Woodland of Lies and Content Cosmos, here’s my ranking of all the Hellish Heights songs (my bottom pick is probably gonna make some people angry). C tier #6 Demise (Okay let me make one thing clear. I. Don’t. Hate. Demise. There are parts of the song that I like. I just think MX’s vocals don’t work with spammy songs, especially with the underground segment. *Sigh* Again Demise isn’t bad, but this was the weakest by a long shot) Rating: 4/10 A tier (yep like with Content Cosmos, no B tiers.) #5 PowerDown (Huh. MX’s two songs are back to back. Alright I love the song. Especially after the cutscene. But the false hero segment is eh in my opinion. Overall good song.) Rating: 7/10 #4 Overdue (Oh boy. Okay I like this song, the opening section, the part with the forgiven (the Mario ghost) and the ending are top tier but the middle before the ghost Mario part is really mid in my eyes, but here’s my biggest problem and this is where I bite the bullet. ………I don’t like Pico’s Vocals. They should have been more freestyle or if he was still going to mimic Mr L, it to me should have been where he could actually follow instead of the constant long hold notes Pico doesn’t mimic well that Mr L gives. But despite that the song is still really good.) Rating: 7.5/10 #3 Golden Land (my only issue is that the begging is kinda lame. But the rest of the song is good. And I like that they made GB’s vocals and the instrumental a bit quieter because in V1 there were multiple parts where you can’t hear BF because GB and the instrumental are too loud. Aw yes, my most favorite week out of all weeks: Hellish Heights or should I say Banger Heights, because all of these songs are straight-up bangers. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 What's funny enough to say is that I don't have one song that is my most favorite, because all of them are my most favorites.😎😎😎 Golden Land was already a banger in V1 and now in V2, it sounds even more epic than how it was before and it's thanks to FriedFrick. No Party is so amazing, not only because Mario Party is one of my favorite games but because of the instrumentals popping off in the "Criminal" part which was beautiful to listen to and KennyL is the one to thank for making an excellent banger. Paranoia is so amazing that even the part where Mr. Virtual turns into GF to make BF feel frightened is so unique, especially with the window screen going nuts due to Mr. V tampering the computer and both Sandi and KennyL did an omega job of making it look awesome. Overdue sounds really cool and I like the part where Mr. L chases Pico in the ending by duplicating himself, plus the bullet mechanic is really interesting because if you miss one of the bullets, then your health will drain faster since Mr. L has the health drain mechanic just like Turmoil in Last Course and the part where The Forgiven/Dead Mario/Ghost Mario fades in to help Pico in the 2nd phase of the song is very cool since it's based off of the creepypasta itself where Mr. L's Mario failed to realize that his brother Luigi was still on the bridge after he took the axe down and that he failed to catch him in time before he perished horribly in the lava. This song is really an unbelievable wild ride to witness and I have to give credit to FriedFrick and Sandi for collabing together to make a great song. Powerdown was a banger when I first heard it in V1 of the mod and hearing it again in V2, it sounds even more fantastic. Kudos to KennyL and Taeskull for remaking this awesome song. (Plus, I know that Nova64 had worked on the faker part of Powerdown but, he had done some things that he shouldn't have done so screw him). And finally, Demise. This song is really something else because not only does it remind me of Game Over (MX & BF running while rap battling) but MX popping off in some parts of the song really gives me the vibe where you stepped into a monster's domain and that there's nothing you can do to beat it because not only is it extremely massive, you can't kill it because it's unstoppable. It's like facing the Hulk but he's more vicious, brutal, malevolent, deadly and terrifying. KennyL really did a good job making this and it really feels so intense that it makes you feel unparalleled with the intensity of the song. Overall, my most favorite week out of them all and oh boy this got me like was very impressive, you continue to make some some really awesome and epic videos Blue, I'm looking forward to seeing the next one tomorrow. 👍👍👍👌👌👌 See ya there, my friend. ✌️✌️✌️👋👋👋
