My heart!! When James said “feel better” ... she is such a doll baby. I absolutely love your family. My house burned down in December , lost my job in March because of COVID 19 , and my daughter graduated this year and missed out on all of her senior traditions/activities . But honestly , watching your videos has really helped me through the tough times. Thank you for letting us into your amazing family .😘

The next step is HOPEFULLY getting unemployment... I applied in March and thanks to Florida being so unorganized I STILL haven’t received anything. Saying a prayer that it comes soon because we are very close to losing our home because I have no income and no family to help. My sweet sweet neighbor paid my phone bill so I have it in case of an emergency. It has to get better at some point.... Right? Certainly hoping so... again thank you for being a bright spot during this dark and scary time in my life. 💕

If you want to keep kale fresh if it comes in a rectangle plastic container after its been open put a paper towel on top of it then when you put it in your fridge put it in upside down so the paper towel catches all the moisture that builds up!! BTW I just love how James says "yeah" in her cute little voice!! Makes me smile every time!🤗☺

Once you do a long hike like that there isn’t much energy left for the little ones especially since George had a soccer practice earlier.
I am not a Kale fan but have found that is is so yummy mixed with pesto. I have blended the Kale in my pesto sauce or even just pour pesto over the Kale it is great for a cold summer salad.

The dough was more like focaccia. I thought the bread flour was successful for pizza crust.

Bake the kale in the oven and make kale chips. Sprinkle with a little salt and paprika. It will change your kale game. They don't set well. Make them as right before you eat them. If you let them sit a few hours they get a little chewy. I just put them in at 300 F until they are nice and crisp.
My suggestion for you is get a bread machine.....but wait you have to make sure it has a dough button. We never bake in the bread machine. We just use it to make dough. Pizza dough, cinnamon rolls, pumpkin spice rolls, pizza pockets.....whatever you want. You throw all the ingredients in and come back in 2 hours and the dough is perfect. All risen and everything. Let me know if you want a recipe for pizza dough.

If you struggle to use kale i use it soups and it adds a cool texture. My favorites Zuppa Toscana(olive garden dupe) and meatball tortellini soup. Soooo yummy and easy

Maybe try baking your crust about 5 minutes before you add toppings and bake again. The crust will be crispier.

My dog is terrified of the fly not the swatter. She'll cry and run to another room to hide. She actually trembles. It's so sad especially when it takes me a long time to get the fly.
