Offering all the space and comfort that the Catalina is known for, Felix is a great example of this ever popular cruising yacht.
Her accommodation below offers two spacious double cabins (fore and aft) with additional optional sleeping quarters in the salon, and one very capacious head with shower, electric toilet and holding tank. Her galley is equipped with a 2-burner gas stove and oven, a large 12v fridge and freezer section and twin stainless steel sinks with benchtop covers. Opposite the galley is a dedicated chart table and Nav station with easy access to the engine compartment under the companionway.
Felix has had several upgrades including new Hood mainsail and #1 Genoa in 2012 when her standing rigging was replaced. Also newly fitted were a new Bimini, dodger and boom bag with excellent visibility from her new cockpit clears. Atop the Bimini sit two near new solar panels which charge the two main batteries which replaced in two thousand and fifteen. Felix is also fitted with a new anchor windlass with remote control mounted in the cockpit console. This is accompanied by Raymaribe tridata wind, depth and speed instruments and binnacle compass.
