Conceptually it is very good I appreciate your efforts. You can make this concept more simpler by calculating PCR based on COI IF PCR < 1.0 Trend Bearish and IF PCR > 1.0 trend bullish. but preferably we should take calls either PE or CE based on PCR calculation. Avoid take calls if PCR > 0.80 and PCR

Both are important. Change in OI is important but not important than OI. At the end of the day, market closed higher than it opened which was as per OI direction.
