They can start these trains from Hyderabad to Warangal, Hyderabad to Siddipet Hyderabad to Mahaboobnagar and Hyderabad to Khammam/Vijayawada. Of course they can always start between Hyderabad and Yadadri.

In comparison, travel from Bangalore to Kochi or Bangalore to Chennai and there is a high amount of ascend or descend. Due to the same reason, they aren't introducing any trains from Mumbai to Central India due to difference in elevation...even the Bullet project is between Ahmedabad & Mumbai which don't have much difference in elevation .
