Crank the cooling down more so your loop can keep up. You just added a massive heat source to its with refining and the refinery is on the backend of the loop so the steam turbines are using the majority of the cooling atm so the temp sensor will keep tripping.
Your base is open to space on left side now that you punched the power through. Need a door there too. Your double airlock on right has a hole in floor too.
Bro, the reason your Temps aren't adjusting in your storage is because you need to connect them in a chain not all on one pipe. The Temps have no chance to mingle that way
@@GrindThisGame They do any bathtime action in downtime as well, so it's optional. Also to my understanding bathtime just makes them use the toilet if needed and has them work if done or not needed. So I don't think they'd shower during bathtime. Given that they short out in water, I'd assume bionic dupes will not like any wet recreational activities.
5:05 You can save on steel here by creating a "deadloop" with a liquid shutoff out. Just build a small loop with a bridge like you did in the polluted water area so that the liquid keeps rotating. Then, set a liquid pipe thermo sensor to activate the liquid shutoff when the temp is cool enough. Then, the outgoing pipe from the refinery will bridge on to the deadloop. Let me see if I can ascii this, hold on... PBBBS pEEEL PPPPP Key: P = Pipe B = Bridge E = Empty space S = liquid pipe thermo Sensor lower case p = pipe, but this is where you bridge on from the refinery output. When the sensor detects the liquid is cool enough, it will activate the shutoff sending the liquid outside the loop and back to the input of the refinery. The downside is that you may have to wait a little longer between smelting things but your coolant will never be too hot. Edit: I would recommend a ceramic refinery if you build it in the hot area as the overheat temp is much higher.

The metal refinery loop will 100% work, temp might go up to like 250 ish but thats where it will cap.

Good point!
You could have used ceramic to build the metal refinery. The overheat temperature goes up to 200°C I think 😊
Next time yes! Great tip.
Forever trapped in a suit full of waste!
What a nightmare eh?
Heat up Gunk, convert to Gas, expel in space 😅
Dropping liquids in space makes them go away as well :)
Do dupes shower if they don't have scheduled bathtime?
Oh right...
@@GrindThisGamemy comment was a genuine question. I literally didn't know if they'd shower during Downtime or not.

Mine was a legitimate question because I have no idea if they will shower outside of "bathtime"
First :)

Yep, you can use the bottle drainer.
