I have simply no idea how Julian goes through these interviews - it must be a blessing and a curse having the father he does. You guys did well to avoid the obvious questions! (Excellent T-shirt David!). And Julian is a 'Dan Fan. Whats not to like about them!? Its so good to see him becoming at peace with himself.

So cool that Julian is still as grounded as he was years ago. I was lucky enough to meet him on his 1st tour, and he's still the same. He is such a credit to Cynthia 's upbringing. Thanks to the interviewers for not interrupting Julian, like most people do.

I was a lucky 16 year old in 1966 and invited to stay in Cynthis's mum's house with my parents whilst Lil kept Cynthia and Julian company. Lovely people, Cynthia was the most gracious, kind and down to earth person and I just adored Julian. We raced round this huge house playing hide and seek, made daisy chains in the garden and read stories in a rocking chair in Julian's bedroom . I do remember a real life juke box !!!! plus guitars galore and masses of papers in the attic. Giving Julian bubble baths with nearly a full bottle of Matey. An open air swimming pool! Fabulous place but very stock brokerish. Wonderful time, wonderful memories, treasure my photographs.
All good luck to Julian, he deserves it.

They are mostly of my folks, Cynthia's lovely mum, and the garden, with just a couple of Julian and the house. I kind of feel their lives have been photographed, written about and picked over many times anyway.
Julian was a gorgeous little lad and a great playmate, he laughed like mad at my attempts at football, especially when I kicked my shoe off, ha ha goal! All the best to you, Sweetheart.

Julians 1998 album Photograph Smile was such a great piece of work, and top notch rock pop.😎👌Stands shoulder to shoulder with his fathers best solo work imo. His band is tight and they’ve done some great live performances.
Saltwater in the 90s and Looking 4Luv in the 00s simply brilliant pop songs.
Interesting how Julian got ‘fan tongue tied’ with MJ, same happened with The Beatles especially George with Elvis.
Certainly not backward in coming forward, just like his father, not so much a Q&A, more like the session you had with Bob Geldof.
Yes it’s very hard to get a turntable in Monaco…..

Julian Lennon's PAIN ! Is only understood by children who lost their father like me ! It's a pain inside that you never lose ! Being abandoned as a child place an emotional pain that no one else can understand , unless it was to happen to you. Children who grew up in this pain , sometimes have emotional damage and other bad things . Then you have finger pointers who make it worse ! What the world needs now are people who are understanding and will help others in this type of pain. But that's another story in it self.

I saw Julian live in Annapolis Maryland (USA) (touring his "Photograph Smile" album) and he (and band) were really great. Afterwards I got his autograph on a dollar bill -- still have it tucked into the "Photograph Smile" CD. I'm older so also fan of his father. But - here - I applauded as I listened to his talk about changing his name so he feels more "him" and more comfortable traveling. Good for him! Seems like small thing - but it isn't for him. I only wish this guy well - 100%! So - Julian - if you see this - best of luck to you from a fan.

It's because John was his legal name, the one on his document but it was not the name he used for obvious reasons. Before changing it, his full name was "John Charles Julian Lennon" to avoid confusion his parents called the boy Julian and John's name was forgotten except when he was traveling somewhere and in airports they would see what his real name was and probably maybe in the school also called him like that. In a performance he did with Chuck Berry he called him John at the end.

I’ve got that DVD for Rock and Roll Circus. What an amazing time that must have been. I used to have anxiety attacks, but learned how to get rid of them in one day. It would be awful living here in Los Angeles with anxiety! I saw Frampton and the Tubes live at the height of their careers. The Tubes theatrics were hilarious, as was Fee’s 12 inch high boots. It’s a real shame about Frampton. Julian has always been sinfully under rated.
The only time I saw Julian live was in St. Louis, with Keith Richards and Chuck Berry. It was a great performance from Julian.
I don’t use my name in my TH-cam profile, but I also changed my real name. It felt liberating.

That was an Awesome interview with Julian... I still cherish my autographed "Valotte" album that I was so lucky to get when Julian was still touring so many years ago...

I bought Julian’s children’s book autographed. It’s one of my prized possessions. My brother has all of the Beatles autographs and George Martin’s and Brian’s autographs.
