I gained a lot of weight as a result of stress eating🥲 I’ve only recently shed some of that weight portion controlling and IFing. Last night stress came along, and all I wanted to do was eat🥲🥲🥲 but guess who was out of sweets/cookies😆🥲🥲 I was even more sad by it🤣 so I just went to bed. But guess who woke up happier that I didn’t stress eat.💃🏽 So another activity to do when you feel like stress/binge eating is just sleep my guys. 😌
