Timeless musician. Met him in San Diego at the fair. Kindest man. Greeted wounded servicemen during a long version of Mony Mony and stayed after concert until all well wishers left. Oh ! And his sound is unique.
Ah, wonderful to hear! I was I think 15 when that song was released as a single. So, I immediately bought the '45 and played it to death. All the while they played it about every two minutes on the radio.
Have never used the phrase OMG, I detest it, but OMG. Seeing this group alive & well was a pleasure. Bet their 🎵 through the years have given them joy. Still trying to tow the line, me
Tommy and the band still kickin' ass! Respect!

Bad ass
Tommy James and the Shondels. But he left the band and went on his own. This song came out after they broke up. It was one of my favorite groups.
They still got it
Can you say wow?!
Here Taylor Swift ,hold Tommy’s beer 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😂
Decades ago, had to be '69, Tommy James was in Hawaii and was presented with an opportunity to play on a " farm" in upstate New York, Tommy declined.
The Beatles and beach boys declined the farm too. They all regretted it not sure about Tommy though
Tommy now said he regretted it too.
Yes Woodstock..Big mistake..
It was a pig farm..Im from upstate
❤
Is this at Westbury? Great video quality. Samsung S23?
"I thought you were dead,
Mr. McCandles".
"Not hardly".
Solid! Is this original line up?
I believe only Tommy is original here
Where was this? It looks like the Cape cod melody tent
How this LEGEND, I owned a stack of Roulette 45s is not in the R&R HOF is laughable.
As good as this is, I still miss the trumpet fills of the original recording.
Was that Gary Busey doing the intro?? He's a crazy mofo...
Aging hipsters..........................................
Uh-huh . Making it look easy . but actually it ain't .
They don't need auto tunes..Back then you had to sing and play live and be good..The concerts were great..I grew up with this music..The best ever...
