He is speaking the Word of God, The Truth to those who is/have 'disowned Jesus (Messiah) & to those who hate Jesus and all of his followers; those wicked ones which are the oppressor(s) of the people, the wicked, murders of the black people and the poor, and the false decievers of the people.
