This was even after Victoria had explained the ramifications heart worms have on a dog’s body and life. On top of that the female is still intact and is 3 years old! Which wasn’t mentioned, but is so unhealthy for many reasons but the biggest being her at higher risk for breast, uterine, and ovarian cancer. I grew up on a farm. I was taught that you take care of your animals, because they depend on you. That meant that you don’t get animals unless you can afford them. It also meant their care comes before your needs. If that means that you have to go without to care for them, then you do it. However, if you feel you cannot put their needs above yours, then you need to re home them. This family shouldn’t have taken on the responsibility of dogs. Especially getting a second one, when the first one wasn’t even well trained. I am worried for the dog’s safety, and even more so for the children safety in this house.
The owners though? Seriously, who on earth would let their kids anywhere near those dogs? Tragedy waiting to happen. Its like letting your kids play with a loaded weapon. The irresponsibility on the parents part is utterly ridiculous. Do they love their dogs more than their kids? If the kids were as aggressive with the dogs as the dogs are with the kids, they'd be sent into therapy!
Although this vid has repeatedly been shown...it's an important one to show the factual arrogance, skewed thinking and willing stupidity of many dog owners in this world.
Another case of someone getting breeds they have no clue how to handle or how to provide the kind of lifestyle the dog needs! And even worse, totally oblivious to the danger he’s putting his own family in!! How many times are people like “not my dog”.. 🤦🏻♀️ when you don’t provide the dog what it needs- and you’re oblivious to all the warning signs and their body language- disaster can happen! And that’s when we see all these people on the news “the attack came out of nowhere, I dk what happened “.. well it didn’t come out of nowhere- your dog tried to tell you, and you didn’t listen. Get it together people and be responsible! And stop getting dogs that are meant for bigger things & more active lives and trying to make them your average family pet in the suburbs 🤦🏻♀️
Well said. I had an acquaintance that has a kind heart who used to foster dogs while owning one very easy going pit mix dog. The foster dog in one case was aggressive and also was a pit mix. Part of the "therapy" to get the aggressive dog calm was to use a soft muzzle around the house and with both training and ineffectual posturing (attacks), the dog did in fact turn around and became quite the playful happy dog. The entire process took a few weeks and yes, the dog was labeled - requires experienced dog owner as it was later adopted.
Absolutely well said🙏🏼100% agree with you, what’s wrong with people when it’s obvious the dog is getting distressed and they ignore it🤷🏻♀️the dogs are as innocent as the child and need guidance.
The fact there are so many bully breeds in the shelter aren’t due to just overbreeding-- it’s the reality that most people aren’t capable of handling these breeds. So many idiots getting dogs that are “tough” for protection.
That’s a direct consequence of overbreeding though. Because far too many people have puppies few take steps to ensure they are going to APPROPRIATE homes instead they end up with just anyone.
Sasha needs to be rerehomed! She is one dangerous dog! Before she is rehomed, she should be trained. Sasha's behavior is probably the reason she had to be rehomed in the first place. Maybe they should try a family without children. Your children should be more important than animals and mating them.
As somebody who lover her dog like her child I disagree. Animals are NOT less important then human members of the family. Family is family. And to me my family is more important then anyone alive. My mom and my dog both outrank anyone else on earth. That being said, it is unfair to both a scared/agitated dog with a possible traumatic history, and a newborn baby thats being growled at, to be stuck in the same house together. Rehoming Sasha to a kind patient person who has the time and love to help this dog get trough her issues is in this case the right thing to do. But it's not because the animal family member is less important. It's because they are BOTH important that this needs to happen. Because of something happens to be human child, the furbaby will be put down, creating 2 victems because the adult human couldnt be botherd to parent properly. To both dog and human. I agree you cant keep a child agressive dog around a child. But I HATE it when people talk about dogs as if they are just trinkets or play things or a hobby you can get rid off when thats more convinient to do so. The action may be the same, but the motivation to rehome the dog for her sake rather then just for the humans sake speaks volumes to be about the human in question. My dog is my child. Id risk my life for her. And If I ever got a human child and my dog would growl at her I would hire professional dog trainers, never leave my dog alone with my human child, and be vigilant untill I was sure it was safe. I would do everything in my power to keep both, and if it turns out my dog is to traumatised by kids (she a rescue) that having a child around her would give her constand fear, anxiety and stress, I would find a new home for her not because I would love her less, but because I love her tons and she desserves the happiest healthiest place for her. I would not sell her, not bring her to a pound, but find somebody I like and trust and who knows dogs, somebody I can visit so she can stay a part of my life and vice versa. I understand as a parent your first responsibility will always be your children, but that doesnt mean your pet can not be just as important, just in a different way. Dogs are not toys. They are not there untill something better comes along, and should not be discarded just because something difficult comes across your path. Rehoming should be done with love for the dog in mind also, not just love for the human child. And rehoming needs to be done with care, love, patience and making sure you find the right people. Dogs desserve much better then what they are getting. To them you are their world. they want to be with you, protect you and stay at your side forever. It seems unfair we keep treating them as an aftertought to all the humans in our lives, when we are their priority. They deserve more.
I remember dating a girl who said she wanted to be a veterinarian. I had a friend who was a vet and asked if she could shadow him for a day. She never became a vet.
To this day I don't get why they didn't just rehome one of these dogs. I'm glad things at least seemingly worked out in the end, because those dogs were seriously trying to hurt each other (especially Sasha)
@minime3922 So you wouldn't rehome a dog, because you wouldn't do that with a child, but you'd put it to sleep? That logic makes so much sense (that's sarcastic, if you couldn't tell)
@@minime3922 many many people make the responsible choice to rehome a dog when they're not comfortable or happy in their home for a reason like this. It does not mean putting them down or dumping them at a shelter. They usually find a friend or family member or someone else who is a better fit for that dog. There are many situations beyond the owner's control or ability to predict that result in dogs needing to find a new home. One difference between a dog and a child is that you can take kids to therapy when they're endangering each other, but you can't talk to and convince dogs to stop fighting if they're fundamentally a bad fit with each other. And the sad fact is that there are literally cases when children have to be moved to live with family members or a foster placement if they're endangering other children or their sibling is a danger to them. It's not a great comparison to make, regardless.
@angelikalindenau943 One dog being obviously aggressive towards other dogs, isn't the dog being the problem? Like Victoria said in the episode, Digby never should have been adopted into this household. Sasha obviously doesn't get along with other dogs.
@@ItsHaishoBut she can be trained to. If people are willing to put in the work and consistency, she can learn to live with other dogs. They doesn’t mean you’re going to make the dog love other dogs, and that’s fine. You’re just going to help them be okay in another dogs presence. Sometimes it doesn’t work, and the dog just will never get along with others, but if they can at least try. Then if the training doesn’t work they can rehome. But it’s also fine if they don’t want to put in all the work and want to rehome the dog somewhere without other animals as well.
At the beginning when Randi introduced herself to Victoria she said This is my daughter Chloe and this is Ethan. Then I think it was said Ethan is Daniels stepson which makes him Randi's son but she doesn't say that. Even if he is Daniels son, he should still be acknowledged as their son. He seems like a quiet shy boy who needs more attention from his parents. I also saw that even though he did hug Sasha sometimes still, he was more aware of now doing it the same as he used to and when he took the dinosaur he was very gentle and not hugging it the same as he originally did with Sasha.

I've seen so many people have dog's that bark and growl as soon as they see someone they don't recognize..!! The owner's will then say "don't worry he/she doesn't bite"...!! As a dog owner, my entire life (47yrs old) I live by the motto "if it has teeth it might bite"...!! Even though I've had everything from chihuahua's, golden retriever, boxer, mini pins to currently having a chiweenie and none of my dog's have ever biten anyone they're still an animal with a mind of their own, so no one can guarantee that their dog will not bite, there's always a chance it could very well bite someone....!!
That man is the definition on an ignorant pit owner who buys them because “they look cool” then does not properly train or care for them. They will hurt someone and add to the stigma that pits are aggressive. Pits need educated and responsible owners🙄
I very much don't understand these people who don't know how to wield authority over their dogs. there are 3 dogs in our house and the only one who consistently follows commands is the one i trained. my MIL also has 2 dogs that fight each other regularly and i'm the only one those dogs actually obey.
@@dietotakuIt’s not about “authority” to the dog. It’s about the dog knowing what works and what doesn’t to get him what he wants. Dogs don’t misbehave due to lack of “authority”, they do to lack of showing them the behavior we want. Your MIL probably didn’t go any training or managing her dogs, while you did. Dogs know who’s going to consistently stick to things and who isn’t.
the type of owners that give bully breeds a bad name, I would neverrrr let an aggressive growling dog be in the same room as my kids…especially my infant playing on the floor! horrible parenting and pet owning.
This just breaks my heart. My parents and I got 2 bully breeds (when they were older, cuz they were considered 'problematic'), they had 'squabbles' when the male got too excited for the girl but that's it. never went for blood, never growled. Nothing. But, one time, a massive great dane thought he could bully the male dog. Well boy that dog was on his back within 1 second, and the girl dog was about to be his back-up. These breeds are insanely strong and then, to think, you'd let them growl and be like this with your kids😱😱😱 Just imagine what 1 bite could do! I love dogs, but honestly, don't get them if you won't train them properly! (the dane also didn't get any bite wounds, it just had it's ego deflated)
The retractable leash 6:53 he has….that is NOT for dogs not trained on a leash! Only should be used for an extremely well leash trained dog. Otherwise they can injure themselves or you if it wraps around a finger and pulls. Could cut your finger off. Or a strong dog could snap it.
Heck, I am a cat person, and am afraid of dogs due to too many encounters with dogs and owners that could have used Victoria's help! Oddly enough, the fear does not extetnd to watching dogs on shows like this. In person? I will stay far away, unless it is a well-trained service dog! Too many say, "Oh, my dog is friendly," and it is most definitely not!
Okay so the dog is not supposed to be walking because of the haert worms yet he's still doing it before the surgery after being told not to? These people shouldn't have any dogs because they don't listen.
The names Sasha and Digweed are definitely a reference to a 'techno' duo that he likes, Google it if you're not aware of them, but I'm sure you're aware of the use of mind-altering substances used at raves; this guy did'nt get his mind straight before having these dogs together.
20:27 that right there seems to be a major source of the problem here. The dad acts flattered when he hears that the dogs are fighting over him instead of taking in what that means for how the family/pack structure is set up and its potential consequences. He’s not in control, he’s not viewed as a leader by the dogs but something to possess like a toy or bowl of food. He enables the same possessive behavior that can easily get a family member injured or killed because it makes him feel special and loved like he has this unique bond with his dogs. I get it, we all dreamed ourselves as Dr Doolittle animal whisperers who are specially attuned and different than other people, but it’s a selfish dream when it comes at the cost of placing others in danger. It’s harmful for his children, wife, friends, and dogs.
Even i get a lot of hate , why the hell the people are thinking once a week is enough to walk the dogs. Of course they getting aggressive, they bored , nothing to do and have to handle with familys with a lot of kids , and have to accept that the kids csn do what they want with them. I dont unverstand it.
I am unable to walk my dog due to disability. However, she plays fetch, hide and seek sniff training games, and does regular exercise activities involving balance with me. While walks are best, any combination of activities that engage the dog mentally and get that energy out will work. It just has to be a priority.
We used to have this big old pit bull, he was there when me and my brothers were babies. He was an angel dog, but my dad never left us alone with him and definitely never let us irritate him. Because even though that dog was mild, he was still a ninety-pound dog and our dad knew that if we irritated him into snapping, we would not stand a chance if he attacked us. Hell, my dad is a very big, strong guy and he knows he would have been hard-pressed to win a fight with Alex. So he did not let us have unsupervised interactions with that dog until he knew for a fact we were old enough to know how to respect him (and even then, there were safety measures in place.) When we were babies, we were not on the floor in the same room as that dog unless our dad was right there holding us so that he could monitor what we were doing and make sure that if it got too much for Alex, he could escape the situation without us following him. My dad had all of this in place with the most mild dog in all of human history, and these parents have absolutely nothing in place to keep such young children safe from two massive dogs that could get agitated easily. That's insane to me.
Sasha needs to be rehomed, in a home without children. Shes too aggressive and very dangerous to have around children. If i were the wife id get rid of sasha. Your kids should always come first period. No dog should ever be put over the safety of your kids.
If any of my dogs tested even 1% positive for 1 single heartworm, I would be at the vets banging on the door until somebody gave them the meds they need. I can't imagine hearing "Your dg has heartworm" and waiting over a month to treat it. If you can't afford to care for a dog's health *do. not. get. a. dog*
Thats a great idea the baby gate so simple to really think of but when your stressed all the time you can't think of the simplest thing's you'll normally think of !! 😮
I notice that the dogs walk in front of the owners? The trainer always told me to have my dog walk bedside me. All dogs need to have their brain stimulated, plus physical exercise! Bad habits usually outweigh new habits.
Why on earth have they got 2 big dogs they can't control and they've not been trained. They're dangerous around kids like that. Also why have dogs when you can't afford vet treatment? I really think they shouldn't have the dogs in the first place. So many people own dogs they haven't trained and they're responsible for whatever happens as a result of their dogs being out of control.
There is no way I would live like that. One or both of those dogs would have to go. But I wouldn't end up in that position anyway...not because I'm great with dogs (which I'm just ok) but because I would never miscalculate my limitations with breeds like a mastiff or pitbull, especially both at the same time. This guy is not too bright. I wonder if it ever crossed his mind he might not be ready for this.
What a lovely little boy. Once he realised why Sasha growled at him, he came up with the solution himself.
Mind you, I would NOT let those dogs be around my children

This family shouldn’t have taken on the responsibility of dogs. Especially getting a second one, when the first one wasn’t even well trained.
I am worried for the dog’s safety, and even more so for the children safety in this house.
😢❤🎉😊
That man needs to listen and grow up and face responsibility
The owners though? Seriously, who on earth would let their kids anywhere near those dogs? Tragedy waiting to happen. Its like letting your kids play with a loaded weapon. The irresponsibility on the parents part is utterly ridiculous. Do they love their dogs more than their kids? If the kids were as aggressive with the dogs as the dogs are with the kids, they'd be sent into therapy!
Although this vid has repeatedly been shown...it's an important one to show the factual arrogance, skewed thinking and willing stupidity of many dog owners in this world.
Absolutely
And he’s a stay at home dad? He’s in charge of the children’s safety around the dogs? Oh gosh
BRAVO. You took the words Right out of my mouth
Why we choose Golden Retriever. I'm scare of big scary looking dogs.
They're NOT appropriate for cohabitation with humans.
Sasha needs to be rerehomed! She is one dangerous dog! Before she is rehomed, she should be trained. Sasha's behavior is probably the reason she had to be rehomed in the first place. Maybe they should try a family without children. Your children should be more important than animals and mating them.
Exactly!!
They deserve more.
no its the familys fault not the dogs dont have kids.
I don’t think she was rehomed. I think he adopted her from a breeder. That is why she is unneutered.
The dog should be a LE working dog with proper training, no family can trust that dog!
I remember dating a girl who said she wanted to be a veterinarian. I had a friend who was a vet and asked if she could shadow him for a day. She never became a vet.
Smart
Has it occurred to you that the dogs may not be the problem here?
CLUELESS OWNERS. This is how children are mauled to death. I say this because I was once a clueless owner. My child almost lost her life because I was ignorant and thought since my dog had never bitten anyone before he would never do it. I was so wrong. I really really hope that these dogs were rehomed.
Thank you for sharing
the moment that dog would have growled at my baby especially my girl!!! 😳 it's called an on site eviction 😂
Why is Ethan literally so frickin adorable
for those complaining on the repeat vids, they may not have new ones yet, Victoria has a life to..... She has started her own college to train dog trainers etc. if u dont like the repeats then dont watch them and continue scrolling. i happen to enjoy them.
* too
We have a Goldendoodle and i don't let the kids alone with her, even she is a big teddybear
I have a mini golden doodle…but my kid is 15yrs old…I do hv a 9yr old granddaughter & since she’s a puppy she does bite…we’re wrking on getting her ti stop but I hear it doesn’t go away until the teething is over
that baby boy was so sweet 🥺
That guy should not have two dogs, really. dangerous for everyone. They fill his man ego nothing more. His son is so grown up and he listens.
People are placing their family, their babies in harms way so that dogs can feel comfortable. That is INSANE!!! While pets can be enjoyable, They ARE NOT above humans!!!!
This is the scariest episode I have ever seen! You shouldn’t have these types of dogs around children let alone adults!
God bless little Ethan he's so sweet and smart
Seriously? Do these people have zero common sense? If ever there was a family that needed to get rid of their dogs it's this one. What is their priority? Children and themselves vs the dogs. hello?
What a joke the neighbor s must be laughing when they see him trying to walk them
He’s afraid someone gonna get bit what about those babies might get killed by those dogs. They look very aggressive and dangerous..your babies come first over anything.
This guy needs to work on himself, i can't believe he straight up lied to victoria about treating them at the door.... so irrisponsible, im glad they reached out for help but time to take some responsibility for your mistakes own them as a learning curve ^^
I know she like duuude….really?? I WATCHED you do it! Lol
35:22 really dude. I know vet treatment is expensive but Digweed's life is at risk.
Exactly!!
sasha just needs to be in a home with a couple or a single person. no kids, no other pets. i think she'd thrive in that environment.
That man is the definition on an ignorant pit owner who buys them because “they look cool” then does not properly train or care for them. They will hurt someone and add to the stigma that pits are aggressive. Pits need educated and responsible owners🙄
I've got a brilliant solution:
CPS and how fast I can call them.
Why would you keep dangerous dogs around little kids?
Because he (father) is the man-child, who compensate his low self-esteem with the big dogs.
All dogs have the potential to be dangerous, the better question is.. why would you keep dogs that you don't bother to train.
One growl at my baby and she's gone. I couldn't trust her around my baby.
Agree 💯I don’t want no dog that bad
so when your child talks back at you for the first time will you get rid of them too?
@@xBloodxFangxBut dogs can get physical and actually bite you, children only say stuff and don’t know any better
@@xBloodxFangx this is different. you think a baby could do that?
That man child don't need any dogs
Confused owners = confused dogs Sasha would of been gone if she had growled like that at my baby the owners are to blame simple as that😢
I very much don't understand these people who don't know how to wield authority over their dogs. there are 3 dogs in our house and the only one who consistently follows commands is the one i trained. my MIL also has 2 dogs that fight each other regularly and i'm the only one those dogs actually obey.
These parents are not responsible. Am Terrified for the children.
Fr😢
the type of owners that give bully breeds a bad name, I would neverrrr let an aggressive growling dog be in the same room as my kids…especially my infant playing on the floor! horrible parenting and pet owning.
OMG! That is extremely dangerous anyone could get hurt especially the kids 😮
He loves his dogs a lot....Just keep the children safe & bite free
Walks his dogs maybe once a week and wants to open a bulldog rescue 😂😂😂 delulu
Scouting the kids 🧒 7am and their parents in school in September so the kids 🧒 on their first night 🌃 on Thursday so
GJ have been working ⚒ with me today but still haven't managed
Ggghnnubbbhh
i'm Daniel, live here with my wife and the dogs....oh, and almost forgot the kids.
Diggs doesn't... he just go ahead and bites 😂😂😂
The problem is Daniel…. Oh child that’s a man child
The retractable leash 6:53 he has….that is NOT for dogs not trained on a leash! Only should be used for an extremely well leash trained dog. Otherwise they can injure themselves or you if it wraps around a finger and pulls. Could cut your finger off. Or a strong dog could snap it.
I hate those leashes, they shouldn't be used for any dog. Even a well trained dog can get into a bad spot with those
Im obsessed, seen every episode, i dont even have a dog😂
Same!😂 Was this a repeat episode upload? 😅
@@rs-mt6kl Yes it is a reload, I saw it a year ago
@@rs-mt6kl Yes I've seen it before, need some new episodes 🤞🤞
Heck, I am a cat person, and am afraid of dogs due to too many encounters with dogs and owners that could have used Victoria's help! Oddly enough, the fear does not extetnd to watching dogs on shows like this. In person? I will stay far away, unless it is a well-trained service dog! Too many say, "Oh, my dog is friendly," and it is most definitely not!
This episode had me worried for the kids!!
Forget the leash training. I'd be more concerned with losing custody of my kiddos to divorce or CPS. Sasha would be gone.
Why do people get aggressive dogs like these when they have small children.
Thanks
Wow wow wow he was so calm about the situation, that dog is on the verge of ripping his kids apart
Okay so the dog is not supposed to be walking because of the haert worms yet he's still doing it before the surgery after being told not to? These people shouldn't have any dogs because they don't listen.
It’s not surgery
He is literally making me see red how non chalant he is about the dogs bad behavior.. especially when it growled at the baby he is like half laughing
Dad needs to write down the instructions because he’s forgetting them. He doesn’t seem altogether there.
She really did beyond scared straight dog version😭
I can't for the life of me. Understand how people can risk their own child's safety and life in reality!
Um cão a rosnar e com uma potência de mandíbula enorme a ameaçar o meu bebé…essa gente é completamente maluca
Poor little boy
The names Sasha and Digweed are definitely a reference to a 'techno' duo that he likes, Google it if you're not aware of them, but I'm sure you're aware of the use of mind-altering substances used at raves; this guy did'nt get his mind straight before having these dogs together.
Forget keeping his dogs, this man-child shouldn't be aloud to keep his kids.
This version of the full episode was a little more frustrating to watch because it was more in depth and more serious
I think parents need to be rehomed especially father Disgrace having a dog like Sasha around his children. Shame on them
Sasha needs to be rehomed, in a home without children. Shes too aggressive and very dangerous to have around children. If i were the wife id get rid of sasha. Your kids should always come first period. No dog should ever be put over the safety of your kids.
Agreed, Digweed definitely the safer choice. Sasha is way too dangerous. I wonder what happened after the show?
This is absolutely nuts.
Two large, aggressive dogs, one little baby, and a not-too-bright dude, who can't handle those dangerous animals!
Strange that he mentioned the dogs before he mentioned his children when introducing his family!!!!
What a kind of man. A kids it's first..
‘I’m afraid they’re going to hurt someone.’
They👏🏻ARE👏🏻hurting👏🏻someone👏🏻! They’re👏🏻hurting👏🏻EACH👏🏻OTHER👏🏻!
5:18 he looks like he doesn't sleep for 5 days and then gets 3 hours sleep before being awake another 5 days.
Any updates? Did the kids get attacked?
Digweed?!
I thought it was “dickweed” for the first several minutes. There’s no accounting for taste-none.
These dogs could use a treadmill for an exercise!
If any of my dogs tested even 1% positive for 1 single heartworm, I would be at the vets banging on the door until somebody gave them the meds they need. I can't imagine hearing "Your dg has heartworm" and waiting over a month to treat it. If you can't afford to care for a dog's health *do. not. get. a. dog*
When Sasha growled at Cloey Victoria went into mom mode
The children should be taken to safety 😢😢
Happy new year Victoria! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I wonder if it ever crossed his mind he might not be ready for this.
the baby has probs got trauma from the amount of anger and loudness in the house, trauma and it’s the dads fault
If you allow vicious dogs like that around young children, especially babies then you shouldn't be a parent.
Once they spay Sasha , she'll be a whole different animal, with WAY LESS aggression.
seeing daniel’s face already makes me sense that something will go down
Maybe play some house and trance music to Sasha and Digweed and they'll chill out? Lol
That shelter segment was devastating.
