    I do commercial diving Egypt but I don't have IMCA reconstruction they ask me to go to south Africa to get my level 2 certification that will recognize by IMCA my question is will I start over again but now am working in Dubai as a suba diver and I have commercial diving certification

      Although it could happen, I think at this stage in their career they are more than experienced. It takes years, maybe even over a decade of proving yourself to get into SAT diving. Their woes are all but a thing of the past by this point. But if they do, then there's a guy on the communication line that will probably tell you to control your breathing and to help calm the diver down. There really isn't much else that can be done. It also helps that they stay busy for the most part. But these are the most experienced divers. I find it odd people freak out about offshore commercial divers yet harrow astronauts. Although the two are worlds apart, they are very similar in many aspects. They're the masters of their domain.
