Do you have a pet or are you a plant lover? Do you speak in English with your pets? This is a great way to practice speaking and I hope you got some good ideas along with vocabulary in this video! Let me know what you think?
Me too. Just this morning I was talking to one of my plants. I just realized I used my native language, English. I will have to say it again in Spanish!

Good afternoon, I'm English teacher too and i have got a 4 year old dog Vendi. Sometimes when i forget I am at home u speak English o her. She understands....
I live in such a small town we don't have postal service. I go to the post office to get my mail. Nevertheless, Espy barks at anyone who gets close to our home.
Tanya, your dog looks so cute and nice. I used to have a dog. But I like growing plants these days. So I sometimes talk to my plants as you say. "You look so pretty today or you look só down today, hey what's wrong with you,... " I somtimes watch your video when I am down. Because your smile makes me relax~^^
Hi Tanya I wasn't used to do it. I avoided to speak with myself. I focused on basic in English language. It takes me seven years than I figured out how to learn English in a fun way. I think that my English is not very well I was afraid to speak with other people. It's difficult, but when I will not to write or speak I can't do any progress to got on higher level. My cat Rozinka lay on me when I sleep.
It can be scary to practice our speaking in another language but it is worth it! You will become more fluent when you speak more. Say hi to Rozinka for me!
I loved it! Great tips and the idea of talking to the little animals is wonderful. When I was a child and was learning English, I used to speak in English (or rather, try) with my toys or myself, pretending to be two different people in a dialogue lol. I loved getting to know your beautiful little dog better. All the best to Espy from me and my rottweiler Laika from Brazil.
Mariana, Glad you enjoyed it! Espy says hi to you and Laika! I love rottis, they are so sweet! You bring up such a great thing. When we are children we are so much better at using our imagination. We could learn a lot from our child selves! Thank you for your comment!
Hi epsy, you are so cute! I believe you speak English better than me, 😂😂😂as for me dogs are a mix of children and angels. I had a dog with an blue eye and a brown eye❤️❤️❤️
Espy says thank you! I love that dogs are a mix of children and angels. I totally agree. Espy is one of my very best friends and is a great companion. I feel so grateful to have her in my life. Thank you for your messages!

Wow! Nice to meet you Spy. Are beautiful Dog. Now I completly happy because I coild see in body and soul; your color it is beautiful too. Thank dear teacher Tanya for show me Spy photo.🤗💛💚💔🐕
Thank you for your lovely lesson. Espy is adorable. I have not any pets, but my daughter has a cat adopted from a shelter. I found a "teacher" practice my English to. It is ChatGPT. I could practice writing to it only but not talking to it. A little bit bad but it's good for me.😆
Great news! I have been using chatGPT to learn Spanish! It has a lot of great things. I am giving a class to my WSB program about 3 different ways to improve your English with chatGPT. I'm so glad to hear you are taking advantage of it! Enjoy your daughter's cat and practice speaking to it in English!
Oh my goodness I LOVED this video! Two such cute beings. And I have a lot of nicknames for Espy. Mainly Booger, and my nickname is Ti. Since we all have T names, we had to be a little more specific and make it Ti.
