Very nice design layout with a lot of great detail elements. Almost perfect in many respects. I’m personally not a fan of the gold trim. I think a bronze or black would be much more elegant and less tacky.
Absolutely ridiculous. Baffled as to how what was meant to be a cheaper way to get away and have a break turned into spending enough money on a van that you could buy a bloody house with the same money.
What a gorgeous build! I wonder if there is a partition option behind the front seats to hide the living space from prying eyes? That’s all that is missing imho. 😊
Most people choose to put up window coverings when parked or there are options of fabric partitions/curtains to add as well for privacy. Up to the buyer!
I think this is nearly perfect. I am insistent on a toilet with a black tank so a macerating toilet will be the way for me. If your poop smells like roses then ok sure, but if you're travelling and unknown food gives you the runs you want some comfort and to not have to deal with it later. Macerator because can pump "uphill". Can couple macerator with a compact marine grade black water treatment system to convert black water into gray water (device that kills poop bacteria so it's safe for release into the water). Fridge is nice, but would like to see a bigger one. Everything is a compromise in a B-class I understand, adding a thing requires taking away another. In any case, amazing build.
The question I have for the bathroom ..... why did you not go with a door on the shower door. the one burner outside is great idea I don't see where the. container will rest anywhere
Beautiful vehicle. The upgraded seats are awesome, but if you can't handle more than 2-3 hrs in newer Sprinter seats then road trips are not for you. Put in 6, 8, 10 hrs a day in mine routinely and never had an issue. Will say it's nice you don't have to adjust them to swivel.
great van but! things i would change if it was mine. gold trim hate it. wheels and tires look nice but the height of the van now is too much and the gaps in the wheel arches looks silly. only 300 watt solar panels when your running aircon electric hob, heating lights, no where near enough the aircon alone will take most of your batteries after a couple of hours. exposed metal on inner doors looks rough or not proffesional enough in my opinion. sink may be deep but not wide enough. would have thought for the amount of money spent on this van they would have gone for the electric bed lift. not over keen on the ceiling wood all the way through would look nicer. still a great van though and as much as I love van builds completed 3 myself, I would now just buy a motorhome because the difference inside is a game changer, loads more space and more pratical and sometimes cheaper than converting a high end van like this.
Someone else said 300k. So after checking the Black market on a semi healthy individual's kidney yeah you're screwed. Now on that note how much do you live your first born child?
except, you know, a real bathroom. I would 100% of the time prioritze a real toilet (combustion) and a separate shower. Everyone making a full size kitchen and not a bathroom are insane. You can eat out. You can't shit everywhere.
So it's clear that you have absolutely no understanding of the concept of such vehicles. These are vehicles for a certain time away from civilization. There's no drive-in there. In addition, the space in the van is very limited. Reduce to the max is the order of the day here. Such vehicles are not for everyone and that's a good thing
So many amazing details. You can always tell excellent craftsmen by the details. It means that they have done it hundreds of times, think it through, and are constantly improving. Great work.
One of the finest builds I have ever seen. Any issue with CV joints on the new AWD chassis with a lift? I assume you could do this same build on Transit extended?
Do you guys have an "estimated" MPG? Just curious how much the front bumper, roof rack, suspension and 35s cut into the milage. Also, I didn't notice, did you guys install a larger fuel tank? Lastly, do you guys offer a different choice of interior materials/color? Thanks, GREAT BUILD!
MPG is around 15-17 - hard to tell at this point. And yes! We did install the 47gallon tank - expect to get 700 miles per fill! And lastly, YES! We offer thousands of different interior colors - woods, laminates, veneers, powdercoat colors, you name it!
I have similar exposure on the sliding door. Well I can tell that is negligible if the rest of the van is properly insulated. Glue fabrics on steel might help but only for a visual pleasure, No R value will be given.
I've built several vans and do winter camping in really cold temps. Exposed metal will even get icy on the inside if not insulated. Am always insulating away all bare steel with Armaflex, then you can cover with fabrics, wood, pvc or whatever you like. @@octavianpetic2338
Great job on the van. The details are well thought out. But why is the industry going away from black tanks and putting in dry flush and cassette. I have had both and they are in a word GROSS & very difficult to keep clean. Having a black tank is so, so much better. I have a 12g tank in my class B and I have ever had an issue finding a spot to empty it and it is so much easier to empty. Airstream still has the black tanks on their newest class B's (even the 144). It just makes all the sense in the world to me.
Absolute beautiful van. 5% can afford it . The rest can afford a lot less. They can still get into van life and get to enjoy the same experiences. It’s not the van but the amazing places you get to experience
Lovely build and beautiful finishes. However, your 35" spare covers the Drivers side rear light...you can get pulled over for that. Ask me how I know! The penalty for a large tire I guess, but also dangerous for following vehicles. Add auxilliary brake and back up lights on the bumper.
Extremely well built van! How about alternator charging (any 2nd alternator?)? Also, any grey or black water tank? Any glycol to heat these tanks on demand basics? Any glycol to keep warm of fresh water tank and battery compartment? A true 4 seasons need van operations with water (fresh, grey n black), battery cold temp protection with self heating. Also the heating system draw diesel from the fuel tank?? Thx
Thank you! It does have a 2nd alternator and a gray water tank with electronic dump valve, but no need for a black tank with the Laveo Dry Flush toilet. We can easily add tank heating pads for the undermount gray tank and with the Rixen's heating system you can set a minimum temperature for it to maintain in the van for the interior fresh water tank and the battery system. The heating system works off of shore power, your engine heat, or through the furnace that is powered off of the diesel in your OEM tank.
@@LimitlessVan While the dry flush is better than a cassette, you need to offer a black tank! Most B's don't offer this anymore (for some reason) and it makes no sense. Mine has it and it is so, so much cleaner and easier than dealing with the dry flush or cassette.
@@robmagu65 The Laveo dry flush has no liquids to deal with and way easier than cassette or black tank. No smell either- Look them up, they're one of our favorites!
I've found our van...just need to add some running boards and upgraded electronics package. Looks like I will be making a trip north soon...!! Thanks Limitless!!
I’m very interested in this roof rack and also side ladder for my 144 sprinter van. Also those cool solar panels. Who can i speak to about this please? Thank you. Awesome build by the way. 😂
A nice looking van and well thought out. The bumper mod is first class, is this an item available to buy.?Also some serious attention to detail with the bed functions and laser cut components. My only swap would be a double gas hob inside and keep the external one. Love the ladders side and back, are these custom made for you? What is the Kerbside weight of the van? Final question, how much😊
Nice. Lots of small good details. On the neg, wheels are too big, can’t fit on back without obscuring the left lights. The wheels and overhead lights will have a big impact on mileage at highway speed, but might be ok at slower off road.
Some really nice features. The lighting, the cabinets, the bed, and many more, but also a few poor design decisions. Why create such a narrow and restricted pass point between the galley and the table. We don’t put large fridges in that location for this exact reason, it becomes a real pinch point. Relocate the fridge to allow more space in the area of the van that gets used the most. That shower door, WTF! It’s a pain in the backside to operate each time you want in and out. It rolls up wet and drips down when rolled up, and it looks so out of place with the rest of the design. There are many tried and tested space saving shower door for vans that work way better I’m afraid. Bare metal on the doors is a real no for a premium van. It doesn’t take much to cover it up, keep the cold out, and continue the premium feel… The spare wheel really needs to bolt to the carrier (with locking nuts). That strap will get rusty and dirty and be a right pain to release over time.
Hi, can we put an extra power generator, just in case if The Sun des not want to show around? You guys gave lots thoughts into this van. Several questions. What kind of insulation like 3M or wool…? The toilet options? Auxiliary fuel tank option? It’s 144 wheel base or 170?Screens for back and side doors?
This van has 3M insulation and a Laveo DryFlush toilet. It is a 170 wheel base with a 45 gal long range fuel tank added. No screens but they can easily be added. The toilet could also be swapped out for something else that fits in the same space.

Bam van looks amazing. I wish I were ready to buy something now. It’s another year to go before I can even start a build though. Patience is not my virtue.
Why not a proper door to the wet room with it`s own roof window? We have one of our heater exhaist in the wet room so we can use it to dry wet clothes or gear. Also a door makes it easier to use, especially if you are couple. Zipping and unzipping the fabric will be a hassel. And why such a large kitchen area?
ingenius. You are giving Redtail Overland a run for their money. Absolutely love the colour of the van’s bodywork’s paint - super stylish. Does not look like a factory colour. I wonder if walking barefoot on the solar panels would nullify any shortening of their lifespan? I would argue, if it isnt the case, that the worktop should run all the way to the back. for the bathroom I’d much rather have an independent extractor, one of those small ones that can be fitted to the wall. when your business doesn’t smell great, your partner doesn’t need to get it up their nostrils.
The bathroom situation could definitely be improved. I would skip the bedside cabinet and instead make the bathroom a bit larger and also put in a real door to it.

We haven’t yet! But never say never. 😉
for the bathroom I’d much rather have an independent extractor, one of those small ones that can be fitted to the wall. when your business doesn’t smell great, your partner doesn’t need to get it up their nostrils.
this is at least a $500 thousand van build, and that's cheap, some are near million out there.
What hinge is that on the drop down table?
Wash room and toilet is not necessary here
The bathroom situation could definitely be improved. I would skip the bedside cabinet and instead make the bathroom a bit larger and also put in a real door to it.
Thanks for sharing. 謝謝分享,南無阿彌陀佛。....
If you have the Garmin why Aldo you have the Rixens screen and the Victron screen. You can run everything through garmin
Not until very very recently.
Slight correction, the new Mercedes 4-banger is an inline 4, not a V. Cool van though.
Great van. What is the price? I am in the market for 170 MB chassis.
$295k
@@paulbailey5915- that’s a wee bit more than I was expecting! Sweet van, I was thinking around $200k +/-, $300k gives me pause.
Agree, I would be all over this at $200k They did a nice job with this van, near perfect @@Erin-Thor
@@paulbailey5915 Doubt that includes the van
@@paulbailey5915good lord that's the price of a house.
the dinette would take less space if the seat on the forward side were the driver’s seat...
Stay tuned as this is what we are building in our next Sprinter conversion!
What display are you using for the Garmin switching? Is it one of their navigation units? What model? Great video and van!
Garmin Overlander for the screen/display unit paired with Garmin PowerSwitch.
@@LimitlessVan Thank you!
Overbuilt. Too much fluff for the added expense.
We custom build for our clients so we can fluff it down for ya!
No way are you going to zip me up in the shower! Especially behind a solid black "door".
Kitchen looks a bit 1980's America! Garage is way too small!
You guys made very nice van build. Wonder how much this model?
