    How lucky we are to be able to receive this scared and profound teaching! Thank you His Holiness for the generosity and kindness for the teaching and having this recorded. Deep gratitude to Geshe Thupten Jinpa for the translation, and everyone who had one way or another help in putting the event, recording and publishing together. Rejoice all the great merits.

    If a person has already cognized emptiness then why he’d need to practice Shamatha? He has already gone beyond Shamatha!

    )))Geshe Thupten Jinpa Langri "trankwel" is how to pronounce tranquil, as in Shamata, tranquil abiding. Otherwise it sounds like trangular abiding ))). The common pronunciation sounds like tran-qwil the important part is "qwil". Ah, the great mirror, I see, I see, yes, I will go sit down now for tranquil abiding )))))
