Some Designs Came With A Face That Floats Rather Then Spins. If You Add Weights To The Dubs To Make Them Float You Will Be Tearing Up Your Bearings. My Bellagios Spin With New Bearings But Once They Get Miles Put On Them They Tend To Float And Not Spin As Fast.
