When spraying you plants for added humidity, put some orchid fertilizer at half strength in your mister. Hoyas can absorb that through their leaves. I too have been battling mealies and I’m not sure where they came from. It hasn’t turned into an infestation but I’ll find two or three on a plant then another two somewhere else. I get the qtips from the dollar store and my alcohol.
