25:05 I remember when I had an interview with this one company. The listing said it was hybrid, but during the interview, the CEO told me I’d have to be on-site for ‘team spirit.’ Lol, why not just say you want to micromanage everyone? :p

I got RSI from drawing too much, I ended up in a brace. But I think diablo 3 was partly to blame. Also, isn't nintendo suing palworld for a concept/game mechanic idea?
@@spalatobros No it hasn't, and its been like 8 or 9 years, it flares up when drawing for long periods of time or doing things like modelling/unwrapping a lot
@@spalatobros It depends, I''ve deliberately drawn/painted less for the last couple of years to give the wrist and shoulder a break. But when I was doing more, yes even like not drawing for a few days it would still hurt even when doing nothing. I think it takes longer than 6 months as you say in the video, I think it takes a year or more to recover and even then, you just stop the pain for now. As soon as you go back to doing the thing again , it comes back very quickly, as in , a day of doing that activity. At least that has been my experience. I have this futurepro wrist brace that has a metal support under the wrist which has helped whenever it starts to hurt which I would recommend
@ interesting. Thank you so much for opening up about it. I’ve tried wrist braces but I find it hurts me more. Especially when you work with it on. Only solution might be to chop off arm and replace with robot prosthetic. Hopefully becomes viable in the next 10-15 years
For the part of prototyping, I can feel that you give sh.t of your work but just be there to get paid. It’s ok just go to work for paying, but then you work for what you are paying for which is do what the company ask for. In the other way, you proactively put your talent into help your team find the great potential in prototyping and then the project get funded and you can start working on the work you created for the team/company to work on. I heard you fking do soulless work and in the same time complains your team and company. You need think of showing respect on choosing one side and take advantage of that side instead trying get all benefits without paying anything.
