Being neurodivergent, one of my experiences is being chemical flooded by beauty and nature and music and kindness to the point I can't communicate and have to stim to handle the sensations. It used to be an embarrassment and now I know it is a gift. Rituals help me, too. I practice gratitude to my ancestors with daily altar work and I do a morning gratitude song and a tobacco offering. Gratitude and feeling grace is everything. Love you. All ways.

The thing that is stopping me from being me is fear - what if the Gods plan, what if the real me isn’t something I want? Or even worse - something I hate? A life full of suffering? I find it so hard to surrender
you must accept the you in all forms and it's easier when you accept all others and things in their now form as divinely written and purposed and valued (equally). Once you accept you will be surprised to find a golden full you and a golden full life matching that golden full you. But first you must accept any outcome, and know the most important thing is your own self and being truthful and letting her shine, good or bad at least you're free. Freedom to be you is what we should all want for everyone!

@@FejaElza I'm so happy it helped you! I normally never comment, but I felt called to. Freedom to be yourself is like an ebb and a flow. Everyday, every moment we transform/learn about other hidden parts of ourselves. Usually I feel as if I've reached total freedom in expression and self, but I get stuck in the idea of who that is and a cycle of stuck begins again as I refuse to let go of the total me discovered days before. I'm working on letting myself transform and be all sorts of things day by day, moment by moment. Releasing the idea of a written self. Rooting the truth that I am, you are, infinite and thus full of infinite mysteries, infinite joys, infinite pains, infinite likes/distastes. My tip is; let go of any narrative, allow yourself the freedom to be the any you that is bubbling over at any time. Let yourself die and be reborn over and over and over. Let yourself, let life show you all the ways you can feel, all the ways your soul can be. How you get shy, how you get brave, what makes you dance, what makes you cry. The life is a discovery of self.
+ I learned all of this through asking Life to show me. My greatest passion is Life and following the story the 'weaver' strongly invites and aches for me to embrace and be a part of. Ever since I was a child I felt called to the mystery in the wind, and was gifted the trouble and darkness of a lonely road where no one around me embraced this mystery that called to me. It was a loud truth that called to me, and an independence in dark loneliness that allowed me to walk bravely into this mystery. A 'dirty secret' that once I embraced Truth came rushing in. I found my people and I found myself, but through years of work (and there's SO much more to discover). If only I knew then that no mental math/work is needed to be done, that the moment in now is where everything can be asked for and then the answers/path will be shown in the world, through the conversation of passerbys, through the material, through every moment I find myself in there after. Remember you are whole and you are total you right now, and you will grow everyday, and you will become more free feeling day by day as long as you are following your truth, your heart, without the questions or the strategizing. Let yourself die, and be amazed when you are reborn into a more and more You.

I was just today wathing videos of some kind of quantum leap videos where the instructuons where to maditate on who do you want to be and I was thinking to my self, that why do this when I (my ego) doesn’t even know what it wants. I just thought it was stupid and a waste of time and a distracion from the present. I totaly agree and resonate with this message.
Btw I was today walking from the store and had a moment where I said to myself in my head that “what a wonderful moment it would be nice if it lasted forever”. Then I started laughing because I remembered it never goes away.
