I've actually pulled for Yoimiya over Nahida, and I am loving her so far! There is nothing more fun in this game then shooting enemies high into the air with overload reactions (Jean's yeet is a close 2nd)
I pulled for yoiymia and i got her at like at 20-30 pity and because i safed a lot for her i had primogems leftovers so i also got nahida at 40 somthing pity 😙🍀
Me who already got yoimiya from her last banner watching this 7:35 as a person who has and uses both consistently I can add to this. Hu tao is in technicality better in some ways but you have to learn to animation cancel, watch her hp etc which can get boring at times. yoimiya's auto targeting is very useful for airborne enemies(specters, anemo cube, robot chicken, fungi etc) and works better w venti over hutao Even if similar yoi's playstyle is different from hu tao's and is fun if you give it a try Hope this helps

I got yoimiya 2 days ago, i was saving for her for only 12 days after watching your video and I had 54 pity and 21 pulls and I got her on my last pull!! I’m so happy and she’s not level 90 yet but she’s already strong! I’m aiming for 2K atk and at least 18k-19kHP right now it’s 1.5k level 70 I decided to just pull for nahida on her next rerun rerun (because of scara)
& i really appreciate ur point of saying she works with pretty much every support ever existence ive always been so excited for new characters because i can possibly make a new team combination with her (im looking forward for layla now i think they would work pretty well); ive already have DPS for every element anyway (xiao, itto, ayaka, ayato, still none for dendro & i just use fischl & beidou for electro) so i dont need more but its always fun to pull for supports because you can basically create various bunch of teams with them [& in my case most of them are yoimiya centric ehe]
I had wanted Yoimiya for so long and when I watched this video I decided to go for it anyways, and I won the 50/50 with about 50-60 pity!! I'm really happy and I'm so glad I did it!
I've had her for two days, she's level 89 with 9/8/6 talents, a level 90 R3 Rust (pulling for R5, but I will not complain if I get Thundering Pulse or any five star weapon.) She has a Shimenawa 4pc set because of artifacts I snagged while farming for Raiden. Got her at 41 pity very unexpectedly, and she's the first 50/50 I've won since Raiden in 2.5. Planning on triple crowning her, which will make her my first triple crowned character and my second character to be crowned right behind Ayaka.
The past two Yoimiya banners I lost 50-50 to Qiqi. This time, I lost the 50-50 whilst trying for both Nahida and Yoimiya, and then when it came time to pick the one who's coming home with the guarantee... I had a very tough time deciding. However, realising that the past Yoimiya wishes didn't go as planned for me, the one and only chance I could actually get Yoimiya was right in front of me. So I sacrificed my chance of getting Nahida to finally get the girl I yearned for the most. Please forgive me Nahida, I promise I'll bring you home one day. I did this to earn my redemption for Yoimiya. I'm currently building her so I can put her in my Sumeru squad.
I remember on yoimiya’s first banner, opening the wish screen and immediately falling in love with her. She’s so beautiful and I fell in love with her design and personality. I knew I needed her, and did my best to grind primos, ended up not getting her tho. So I got her on her rerun! I’d love to get cons now, but my priority is nahida. I will one day get cons tho, I main her and Mona now and I’m so happy that I have her!

I saved for her for 6 months (although I did pull on the Yelan banner) but I don't regret anything. She's my best unit by far. I got her to C2 and got her signature weapon as well. Abyss is now a complete joke to me, not even kidding, Yoimiya is so strong with Yelan, Yunjin and Zhongli that it gives me enough time to actually use teams on the other side that are not my best and still manage to get 9 stars. She's just too much. But as much as I love her, going beyond C2 doesn't make much sense to me, so I'm trying to get Nahida. All I have to say is that she's the best and I adore every single moment I play with her, she's a fantastic investment.
I always use her with Yelan who I have built as a burst support and she is amazing, she shreds the enemies. Now I'm pairing her with Nahida as well and oh my, I cleared the abyss in no time! (I also got Yoimiya and Nahida's signature weapons)
Goodness, getting Yoi in 2.8 was the best thing, having one's favourite character also ending up as a favourite unit is a very good place to be. Even though there is no need for cons or weapon, still going for more cons this time. And again in the next re-run and so on. Waiting for some story appearances as well, if not this patch, then eventually at some point.
good fact doe to why you sould pull yoimiya: tbh yoimiya can be better then ganyu, doe to her being able to break shields easily during exploration so she is of the best ones for bad fact doe to why you souldnt pull yoiymiya: you also need to pull venti so he can place all the enemy's on one place so its easier for yoimiya to hit them doe to them being in one place
Been happily using after i got yoimiya on her first rerun and i never complained 1 second when using her! R1 rust with 2,2K ATK, 81 EM (this ideally should be a *bit* higher) with 57/137 something ratio. Skills are 10-9 (should be maxed tomorrow actually!, First character i also ever crowned!) -8. ER sits just at 130 wich is perfectly comfortable for me. All of this is F2P. I genuily adore yoimiya so much! She just makes your day brighter when you feel a bit down or makes it that much better! She's bubly, kind and her EN VA is just hilarious to vibe with (really want to meet her but that's a different problem). I don't have her team fully build but as it stands, it should be yoimiya-yelan-yun Jin- sayu or Jean. If you'd regret skipping yoimiya over a different character, then pull for her!

I had a guarented Yoimiya this time. I already lost her in August banner as it was cursed by xinyan drops This time i got myself a C4 beni, a Yoimiya and a thundering pulse all in a total of 90 pulls. Now i am running a 74/200 Yoimiya and she took me from floor 10 to floor 12 of the abyss.(IDK how but my ganyu team just slapps the shit out of everything and only the 2nd part becomes the issue)
ive never had that much problems with her AOE since she shoot pretty fast that all the enemies died in no time u dont even notice; what i really love about her is that i dont have to think much about whether what kind of enemies are there; she's strong on single bosses, she can shot down flying enemies who moves too much in no time (big bosses, specters she can shot pretty much everything); & even if with multiple enemies ive usually use kazuha in her team [or pretty much every team] so i just use kazuha skill to gather enemies & shot everyone extra quickly afterwards so all the enemies are taken down before they can even do anything; but agree with her biggest problem might be her dependence on shield i got pretty anxious when i dont use diona on her team but if its just easy mobs u can mostly survive till the end, she's also awesome on exploration too because u always need to use some bow characters for the puzzles either way

I ended up getting her by accident when I was trying to pull someone else out . I am in the minority but I do like using Noellel especially when I am not that good at dodging and need a full body shield whdich Noelle offers. Besdes that I do like her play style; plus I heard C6 noelle is quite good . But on a side note Yomiya was one of the Archers or Long distance attackers I was interest in ; in my main team. Knowing my luck it is unlikely I will get Zhong Li and already decide to put him in an All Archon team; just to be a little "meta".

Since I came back to Genshin (exactly at Yoi’s last rerun) I pulled for her and got her ^^ and when the new banner came out I pulled for her weapon, “sadly” I got nahidas weapon at 30 pity but I got her weapon directly after 10 pulls.
It took me 2 Thousand Dreams to get 1 Thundering Pulse for her. But I'll accept that sacrifice, I have been aiming for TP since her previous rerun & when I found out she's having another one so soon I just have to go all out since Idk when she's gonna rerun again.
As someone who was new in game and then got her. She made everything sooo easy for me in game wether be abyss or open world. She's always my main now even tho I got nahida now but yoimiya is one heck of a fun pew pew pew character. Just unga bunga

I impulse pulled Yoimiya when this banner was around and I haven’t regretted choosing her over Nahida for a MOMENT. Don’t get me wrong I love Nahida to the ends of the earth but I simply couldn’t keep skipping the one and only Naganohara Yoimiya, fireworks expert and rebel supreme!
Listen I get her at 2.8 and I still don't regret it For 3.2 it was a win win option either I get the lamp or thundering pulse and thank god I got thundering pulse I really enjoying the upgrade 😎

I got her randomly after the Klee's latest banner, and I was like "Oh look, I won a 5050 AND got her early, nice surprise! Maybe I'll use her sometimes, idk..." It turns out she's as useful as Kazuha in the overworld, I almost never pull her out of my team. You won't regret pulling for her!

Kazuha or Yoimiya? Hellppp. I have Yelan and Xinqui but I usually use them for Ayaka freeze. I also dont have Yunjin, Bennet or any shields. (I was building Diona but I stopped)
If you don't have pyro dps , get her , but kazuha is will be great with ur ayaka freeze team for gathering all enemies and freeze them in one place , it's ur decision they r both great

I pulled yoimiya in 2.8 and nahida in 3.2, and yoimiya is rlly good, I tested out her dmg and she does around 500k by the time her skill is done, very good
You know what is dendro meta? Yoimiya-Nahida-Xingqiu(c6)-Zhongli. It suddenly works. You start with shield of course then Nahida E-Q, XQ Q-E and then boom. You vape and also burst seeds because Yom can't interrupt hydro status.
Was lucky enough to win 50/50 on nahida after losing one on yoimiya (missed her due to lost 50/50 on the last one). Nahida gives yoimiya effective AOE due to her skill, which added to an electro like Kuki is pretty good for killing mobs.
One of reasons why I got Yoimiya is her lazy playstyle. All of main dps I used before her suffered from stamina management, but with Yoimiya? Just stand here and kill everything
I can consider my newly acquired Goldfish as my strongest unit She literally works with anyone fr, even her Pyro Dps Rival, Hu Tao Anyways, lucky for me as someone who just happens to have a mouse with a built in autoclicker And bow I sure love shredding enemies one by one with reactions rather than nuking them, Miya was literally the perfect character for my account
Plus, if you have both Nahida and Yoimiya, you can completely forget about her AoE problem Also, that extra burning damage doesn't hurt (ironically) to have!

I impulse pulled Yoimiya when this banner was around and I haven’t regretted choosing her over Nahida for a MOMENT. Don’t get me wrong I love Nahida to the ends of the earth but I simply couldn’t keep skipping the one and only Naganohara Yoimiya, fireworks expert and rebel supreme!
I actually used the rest of primos on her banner for Bennet cons, was fully expecting to lose the 50/50 but I actually got her. Poggers I guess.

well she is coming back again. This time I'm pulling her since I don't have any good pyro characters. I don't like hu tao and other 4 stars doesn't interest me to play.
I got her randomly after the Klee's latest banner, and I was like "Oh look, I won a 5050 AND got her early, nice surprise! Maybe I'll use her sometimes, idk..." It turns out she's as useful as Kazuha in the overworld, I almost never pull her out of my team. You won't regret pulling for her!

I actually got her Signature Weapon Thundering Pulse by losing 50/50 while pulling for Nahida's weapon, but the thing is Haven't got Yoimiya yet!!... now i feel like Mihoyo is pressuring me to pull for Yoimiya hmmm...thanks for the video!
Kazuha or Yoimiya? Hellppp. I have Yelan and Xinqui but I usually use them for Ayaka freeze. I also dont have Yunjin, Bennet or any shields. (I was building Diona but I stopped)
If you don't have pyro dps , get her , but kazuha is will be great with ur ayaka freeze team for gathering all enemies and freeze them in one place , it's ur decision they r both great

I pulled yoimiya in 2.8 and nahida in 3.2, and yoimiya is rlly good, I tested out her dmg and she does around 500k by the time her skill is done, very good

I got her immediately, and made a charge attack build for her. Hit a 50k, her talents are still low
You know what is dendro meta? Yoimiya-Nahida-Xingqiu(c6)-Zhongli. It suddenly works. You start with shield of course then Nahida E-Q, XQ Q-E and then boom. You vape and also burst seeds because Yom can't interrupt hydro status.
Was lucky enough to win 50/50 on nahida after losing one on yoimiya (missed her due to lost 50/50 on the last one). Nahida gives yoimiya effective AOE due to her skill, which added to an electro like Kuki is pretty good for killing mobs.

One of reasons why I got Yoimiya is her lazy playstyle. All of main dps I used before her suffered from stamina management, but with Yoimiya? Just stand here and kill everything

Ipulled a bow for her and i feel frustrated. I got next stats: 2150atk- 62-267cdmg - 206em aaaaand... With rust t5 her dmg lower like for 7-15%
I got yoimiya and shes my number 1 waifu
Plus, if you have both Nahida and Yoimiya, you can completely forget about her AoE problem
Also, that extra burning damage doesn't hurt (ironically) to have!
