I can't believe how much you can talk even in highly intense races like this one. It's really impressive and a useful skill to have. It's like you're meant to be a content creator. It's also impressive how little your consistency drops even though you need to split your attention all the time.
@@SimQuips Can you turn it off? Like do you still talk to yourself while driving when you're not streaming or recording? Or is it something you picked up as you kept racing while voice chatting with other people?
@@5JSX5 nah I dont talk when I'm not recording other than maybe swearing at people that cut me up haha but yeah idk I've always been quite chatty during things like this when recording. Like if you go watch my IRL drifting videos, I talk quite a bit in those while driving too. I just figure its a pretty boring video if not
australian endurance league AAES did one of these a few months back but with 75 cars and it was a 3 hour solo event. i can comfortably say it was the HARDEST race ive ever taken part in. congrats on finishing, because i didnt finish mine :)

@SimQuips yeah honestly that would be fair, plus I enjoy the consistency of how you drive. And I don't think the live commentary helps with focus, but it's a lot better for content.

well we're doing a 24 hour solo race here with 80 people next weekend so lets see how that goes 😄
