Giving you and idea of what might be the expected scenarios if you have the same situation like mine;
1.) First time traveling outside the Philippines
2.) Flying through Philippine Airlines
3.) Flying from a province (connecting flight)
4.) Flying with your direct family member (My Senior citizen Mom)
5.) Having other person to book our airplane ticket and hotel accommodation (my sister which is not with us during the flight)

Last week po galing din kami thailand di na po sya required. Need lng mag e travel palabas at papasok ng pinas kasi naka auto po sya pag scan nila nag passport mo may details na duon sa end nila. 72 hours before ng flight pwede na mag etravel

Ang check in baggage nyo po from ozamiz ay sa bangkok nyo na po ba na claim?

Tatanongin po kayo ng check in teller ng PAL po if kukunin nyo pa ba sa manila or sa bkk na. Ang sa amin po kasi since wala na naman kaming kukunin sa bagahe namin, sinabihan namin na sa bkk na namin kukunin yung mga bagahe. Kaya mas mabuti na e hand carry na yung mga kakailanganin nyo (yung pwede lng ma hand carry) kasi nakaka save ng time hindi mo na kailangan magsayang ng oras hintayin/kunin yung gamit mo kagaya ngayon na from terminal 2 ta transfer ka pa mg terminal 1.

Hello kabayan, hindi naman po pero nag prepare nalang din incase. Pero always research ahead like few days or weeks ng scheduled travel nyo just to make sure.. May mga changes kasi from Ph and Bkk Airports iba iba rules and policy depending on the curretn situations. But i highly suggest to get vax cert and bring your vax card all the time. Although i heard that time nag travel kami di na daw ganun ka strict just making sure lng po.

Question to your mom: Is she a regular or COS/JO gov employee? I'm a COS govt employee kasi and I was informed by my dept na travek authority is only for regular govt employees daw po. Instead, they provide authorization letter for COS traveling abroad. Can I get a confirmation on this, please?

Hello po, actually depende po sa lgu and sa superior mo kasi yung mom ko nag ask sya sa head ng department nila sa city health office kung san sya under, tapos ni refer sya na dun manghingi ng travel authority sa direct department kung saan sya na assign which is sa barangay ang iba po talaga yung regular lang binibigyan pero dapat po na may authority to travel kasi under government parin kayu. Ang sa immigration kasi gusto nila maka sure na alam ng workplace mo na mag tatravel ka. Completo papers ng mama ko pati leave approval, coe, payslip pero ang hiningi lng yung authority to travel kasi ang tinanong sa kanya if may trabaho po sya tapos yung po. Depende din po talaga sa IO.
