I agree with you about pictures online when selling or renting! It’s a big turn off if the pictures are so small and not professional and the lighting is awful! I just skip over them. When I sold my mothers house the Realtor had me take almost all the furniture and everything out. I know not everybody can do that, but this was a professional photographer and he made the house look amazing. He did not hide the imperfections, of course, but we had a lot of traffic and inquiries because of it! House was sold with a cash buyer! Also pictures where there’s junk everywhere I don’t know how they can sell it honestly! 🤷♀️ love your videos!
Great example. You definitely do yourself a disservice if you don't get the house ready (cleaned and emptied as much as possible) and have professional photos.
