I’m an user and all in on the ecosystem. I am however also a Sonos user and do have a Sonos Arc soundbar which was the main reason for getting these. The audio quality is excellent and the TV swap feature is awesome! Sonos unfortunately still have a lot of work to do with their App, as it still has issues. The Airpods Max is 4 years old, more expensive and I hate that you can’t switch them off, ever - and let’s not start on that carry case 😬.
I still love mine. They work great - I agree I don't use the app. Switching between devices could be smoother, but it's genuinely a nitpick. I don't mind the operation sounds, but wish there was an option to include a battery indicator on power up like some Bose products do. The reason I won't use any other headphone is because they're super light, and fit my head so comfortably and securely, but not so much that i get a headache from the clamping like with the airpods max. I have fallen asleep in them by mistake. White version takes some extra care to keep the ear cups visually clean, because i wear makeup. But i also don't mind cleaning them because the materials are easy to maintain.
Audio swap is not great. Sound quality is not as good while using this feature and the max volume level drops compared to standard listening. Design, build quality, controls, sound quality, ANC, and aware mode are all combined reasons to own these. Even at MSRP.
I really do not like their "Vegan leather" ear pads. It's just Polyurethane leather and these are just very lousy leather. And I think it is the reason why the device causes so much pressure when ANC is on, because the PU leather is forming too strong a seal around the ear. Of course it's not a bad thing, but I believe sheep skin leather would do just as well for anc but will not cause the pressure issue.
No mention of the elephant in the room. As a Sonos owner I wouldn't recommend any Sonos product to a prospective buyer. You could end up with a great pair of headphones that you cannot use.

Love my Ace. Build quality, great ANC, sound quality, premium materials and arc Ultra makes it great choice.

I actually did like this video! Thank you very much!

How do you compare it to the Bose QC Ultra?
I love these!
I also thought the microphones were pretty good on the headphones besides the muffliness but better than most

Well, I definitely can use them.
The Ace are bluetooth the same as every other brand and don't require the app to use
Wireless headphones are inferior to wired once no matter what they offer✌🏻 I have tried bunch of wireless headphones and nothing comes close to wired
It's called convenience
@glen4392 yap I sure would agree with the convenience part but for me quality matters👍🏻
Damn, this guy is beautiful ❤
