Hi Grace. Thank you so much for your project spotlight segment. It is so informative and inspiring. i love the way you explain how it’s made and modifications. You are so special and unique in the way you explain your knits and process. For someone like me who is a relatively new garment knitter, it is so so helpful and gives me excitement to carry on and you give me confidence that I can do it. Thank you for taking the time to give such details that make SENSE. You speak in laymens terms. Your voice is gentle and kind. Thank you again. Patricia from California. I don’t have any fellow knitters so you are my friend and teacher.
Thank you Patricia! I definitely know it’s helpful for me to understand how a pattern is constructed before knitting it, so I try to be as detailed as possible. -Mia
Thanks Sarah! I really loved your basket make and have it queued up to make one for myself. I’m thinking a striped scrappy one after I finish another LBFW project I have in mind to make. 😊
Oh my goodness!! I screamed when I heard my name!! I was admiring all the beautiful projects and was so surprised . Thank you Mia for hosting this MAL, it was so fun to see what everyone was creating and I loved knitting my Ranunculus on a new yarn.
Congrats to the winners! I am working ona winter ranunculus too. With the birch tweed. Cast on last night made mods on the first few rows and already done with the flower section.
I TOTALLY agree that larger sizes don’t look as good with excessive ease like smaller sizes do. I find that if my sweater has too much ease it just looks sloppy and like I chose too big of a size, it doesn’t look intentional. Your sweater looks lovely ❤
Beautiful sweater and it is going to be so cozy this winter, heck right now here! I bought that yarn awhile back. When I went to use it, it was all small strands. Moths! Grrrrrrrrr! They love my yarns and sweaters. They always like to ruin what I like and not the ones I don't care about. Why? Why? Why? I know I have to be more careful!
Oh no, that’s awful! They actually do like the “good stuff” but that’s because they are more attracted to the all natural fibers. Hope you’ve gotten them under control since then.
The MAL submissions were amazing! Great job everyone.

You are so welcome! I’m so happy that you won. I’ll get your prize out to you by the end of the week. 😊
Omg!!!!! I was so shocked to hear my name 😁😁😁😁😁
Yay! So happy you were a winner. 😊

It’s amazing how quickly the pattern knits up! Can’t wait to see how yours turns out. 😊
My husband will be excited his hat is famous! 😂 He’s been wearing it all week, as the weather turned cold and our furnace isn’t on yet.
Love it!! I spend all winter battling my husband’s love of basketball shorts and our ever increasing electric bill. 😅
It’s pretty!

Thanks Whitney!!! Add to that the fact that I’m only 4’11” and it looks like I’m a five year old that got dressed from their father’s closet. 😅
Congratulations Mia your 55$ sweater is gorgeous 🤩
I think I’m gone knit one for myself 🤔
I couldn’t recommend the pattern enough!
I just found your channel through Helles!
Welcome!! Thanks for watching! 😊
