Mole con pollo is one of the famous traditional dishes of oaxaca. Its a thick dark spicy sauce served on chicken with rice and beans. The flavor is very complex, so its hard to describe but you definatly have to try it! Also tlyuda is another traditional dish that you should try in my opinion. I think I can speak for everybody when I say we sre really happy to have you back harald. 😊
Mole is a type of curry made with peanut butter and chocolate and various types of spices and chilies. It’s a very typical dish in Mexico and is delicious
@@Hmfirestormz That's true I suppose! I never really thought of it as a curry because here in canada when we say curry we automatically think of indian curry. I always considered mole to be a very complex sauce, and even mexicans themselves don't call it a "curry". but that doesn't mean it's not technically a curry.
Also if you suffer from gastritis don't do mole! (I had mole last week and now I am regretting it lol) yeah I know I am Mexican but I had to give up all the spicy stuff some months ago.

I prefer seeing you in the videos as opposed to the POV version of travel mainly because when you aim the camera at yourself it makes one feel there, with you. Nobody likes to travel alone as the point-of-view style of filming communicates to the viewers. It's nice to imagine walking alongside you rather than in front of you merely hearing your voice in pausing intervals. Please do not change your adventures, besides when you are in the frame it feels like traveling with a friend. All of your videos truly stole me away to places I had never been during some darkest years of my life enduring long, 5-hour chemotherapy sessions. This adapted manner of filming POV style from another TH-camr he admires truly denotes his own style which I have always thought to be personable and promising. However, I am still a fan who enjoys watching his travels from afar with the occasional feeling of presence whenever he returns to his originality in filming.

Sure there are some words that are unique but overall most words are very similar and often identical and in writing it's even easier to understand. When it comes to listening (as a Norwegian), Swedish is still ultra easy to comprehend whereas Danish can be a little tough. Kind of like running into a Scotsman with a super thick accent for an American.

I agree... it's better but... an entire vlog filmed that way does not hold the attention of the audience past much more than a minute or two. Having said that I should film point of view mode far more than I currently do. Trying my best and sometimes only realize after the fact
@@HaraldBaldr I'm an autist and can get a little annoyed when I constantly see a face on the screen. In your videos that never happened. Maybe it's because you already found the right balance in the past. With the viewing angle and camera distance there's typically enough visual information about your environment anyway. But it doesn't hurt to try a little more pov shots.

I am from Oaxaca, but we live in USA. My husband is one of yours followers . I like your videos too. You should to go to a town in Oaxaca. There are many. Also the ruins of Monte Alban, the ruins in Mitla and the beaches like Huatulco.

@@metalassassin8841 It's the same language as far as I am concerned Norwegian/Danish/Swedish. Sure there are some words that are unique but overall most words are very similar and often identical and in writing it's even easier to understand. When it comes to listening (as a Norwegian), Swedish is still ultra easy to comprehend whereas Danish can be a little tough. Kind of like running into a Scotsman with a super thick accent for an American.

Around 5 minutes in you wonder if the camera pointing away is good idea. Sometimes full perspective of what you are seeing is fantastic. Great way to see the environment you are in. Nice job
I agree... it's better but... an entire vlog filmed that way does not hold the attention of the audience past much more than a minute or two. Having said that I should film point of view mode far more than I currently do. Trying my best and sometimes only realize after the fact

@@HaraldBaldr I'm an autist and can get a little annoyed when I constantly see a face on the screen. In your videos that never happened. Maybe it's because you already found the right balance in the past. With the viewing angle and camera distance there's typically enough visual information about your environment anyway. But it doesn't hurt to try a little more pov shots.
