Alabama should be on this list - Non-conf Murderers Row of Mercer, So.Miss, and New Mexico St all at home; 7 home games and 1 neutral site with only 4 road games
Alabama also plays Miami, Florida, LSU, A&M, Auburn, and potentially Georgia as well as Ole Miss and Miss St who have two of the greatest offensive coaches in the country ... you could literally complain about any teams non-conference schedule. Also it would be foolish at this point to think Bama couldn’t handle any schedule you throw at them
Those 7 home games and the big check they will get from the neutral site game which is why Alabama has some of the best facilities in the nation. But do not worry about our schedule, every team has some weak teams on their schedule. The biggest reason is it is difficult to schedule games these days. Before 1992 there were almost 40 independent teams and it made scheduling easy. Then everyone joined conferences and to make it even more difficult some conferences play 9 conference games. Most teams only have space for non conference games in weeks 1 through 4 so the window is very small. Alabama has some tough games scheduled in the future.
@@henryrennells9699 Mercer, So.Miss, NM St are a joke, that alone makes it a super easy schedule. The SEC has 2-3 really good teams every year while the rest are mediocre to out right awful. Put it all together and Alabama has one of the easiest schedules. #TruthHurtsSometimes
Are you joking about Cal and Pitt? Both of their schedules are very tough, especially Cal, Nevada is very dangerous and I think they may get upset by them in Week 1.
So if you face 3 teams rated in the top 25 list you have an easy schedule? You seem to put more value on out of conference tier match ups than you do number of teams in top 25. Hard to rate the ACC considering they have 1 team tier 1 and possibly 3 other descent teams. So hard to gauge everyone post covid season.

I think Oregon has a good chance to win a lot of games. The Ducks have some good players and Cristobal is a really good coach. Do not be down on the team. They can fill holes with some transfer players. I have notice the Ducks recruiting and getting some players from here in Alabama, we produce some really good players. There is A QB and DL already on the Roster and they are recruiting another QB from Alabama.
No doubt. Cristobal's S tier recruiting is building a juggernaut but all new players, even the best of the best, take time to form. This won't be our year but the snowball is building and soon enough it'll become an avalanche and smash right into the face of the playoff committee.

I still think you guys are going to beat us but the only chance we have is to outplay the defensive line which can happen because our offensive line is ridiculously huge but even I know the likelihood of us out playing Clemson is like 2016. Also it's at Heinz Field and that's the one thing you guys haven't done yet is play us in Pittsburgh. I still think you guys will ultimately destroy us
They suck. They got destroyed by texas a&m(assuming A&M is tier 2) and Notre Dame who is a tier 2 team. How can they be in the same tier as teams they got destoyed by?

We play in the SEC west, and are playing Florida out of the east. Miami is also our non conference opener.
