End of Edit ----- You can download the game from www.myabandonware.com/game/ballance-dvz (which is also in the description) The downloaded file (110 MB) will be a zip file and inside the zip file, there will be a ballance.iso file. If your system OS is Windows 10/11 or newer, you can simply double click the iso file to mount it as a virtual CD and access its contents, if you have an older OS or the 1st method simply doesn't work, I recommend you to download a program to mount the iso such as Daemon Tools Lite (Free Version). After you can access the files inside the iso file, Open the Setup folder and click Setup.exe and follow the instructions to install the game on your pc. You can try running the game after that, but since it is supposed to work with a CD, it may not run and you may have to install something like a cd patch exe file and replace the exe of Ballance with the same name of the downloaded file.
