Dude i saw this in dim when final shape came out and thought it was only a visual bug, and didn't change any weapon roll :(
It was only for 30 minutes I missed it too an I was waiting to sign in at reset.
They truly did work fast. I couldn’t even text my bro bc they fixed it while I was still in app lol

Not a fomo guy in the slightest, I always just shrug off anything I may have missed, but this bug is the first time I’ve felt really bitter in 10 years of this game. This one hurts too much to watch lol.
Real this shit needs to be a feature
On launch I saw this bug. I never got an Edge Transit with Envious/BNS. I noticed one in my vault had it. I pulled it to my inventory and saw it didn't actually have it. I didn't hit apply perks. Feels sad as fuck.
I did a decent amount of the ones I wanted but I was busy at work. Come day 1 raid, i could’ve put Whirlwind Blade on my sword and didn’t I was so salty lol

You couldn’t choose the perks you switched out it only gave them one extra random perk that you could switch to
the curated third column was opening shot and i had qd on my fourth column anyways

I have a bow. Kept in my inventory a secret, hidden from the world. Spiteful fang. The black armory lightweight bow. I have a roll with Hipfire grip, and air assault. Who knew that keeping it until strand would make it great

At some point I'd love to see your take on the new Aggressive 2-Burst Legendary Pulse Rifles that have released, as I'm curious how they perform at some of the higher ends of PvP. Especially since the intrinsic promotes innate Anti-Flinch

Yeahhh this should've been a FEATURE for the guns that where affected by sunsetting. SO many of us deleted god rolls because they weren't useful anymore, just for them to eventually get enabled again. This would almost make up for that.
The real fucked up part is bungie said it was permanent and then said fuck it, if it was a maybe would've scarface some vault space to hold stuff, so bs
So did he get to keep the rolls or was it temporary?
I have a trackless waste SMG with kill clip and rampage from this. I was also able to finally get the kidled orchid kill clip rampage roll too :'D

Steady hand/crimils dagger and then round robin + fighting lion was my loadout for the longest time, great to see some gamblay with it.

Really wish I took advantage of this before it was patched, literally had grinded Duality for a specific Unforgiven roll and only got half of what I needed. Checking after the fact I realized I could’ve made a contraband version…

Have you had a chance to experiment with new lightweight throwing knives? I think they're gonna be really solid options for hunter SMG/sidearm builds
Im not a big pvp player and dont know much about what made the immortal so good, but the new imminence smg has a higher base ttk than the immortal, a 0.6 ttk with kill clip, and a 0.67 on t9 armor with target lock. Not to mention the origin trait might be cracked but idk the stats on it
of course I hear this now, where I genuinely got baited by this feature bc my edge transit thats field prep bns had envious. Now I learned that I couldve done that omfg

Hey cam, have u seen the new raid bow? It rolls with hip fire grip and archer's gambit.
Hush from gambit has the same, and with it being focusable as well as being able to buy gambit engrams from xur this may be easier to get for some people
@GoldenBrother02 adept mods + enhanceable perks makes a lot of difference
@@ls7205 You can enhance most weapons now, including the ones from gambit such as hush, but the adepts mods are a thing yeah.

Im so sad i missed this glitch, by about 30 minutes. I was going through after the fact and theres dosens of items, much of which i use, that could have been upgraded by this glitch.
Saw this like 10 minutes before they disabled the swapping in DIM, fixed my Forbearance and also made an ALH/Incandescent Imperial Decree because I thought it was funny.
I don't know how you guys did that... I tried from the very start and multiple times. DIM always came back with ERRORs for me. 🥴
Funny thing is I was able to access the app on my phone but it wouldn't change the perks.... I was at work and couldn't get to my PC. Sad
I have honstly done hundreds of runs from the lost sector for a heal clip incandescent heliocentric, never got it. I missed this bug but I couldve had it.

The camera panning down when you land is purely visual and your aim is unaffected. Try it in pve its some pretty neat tech.

the curated rolls were and still are present on weapons on DIM, but the glitch right after launch allowed you to change either column to either of the curated perks if you wanted. it was patched within hours
it got patched aftter 30 mins on the first day

Gibbed Destiny. I was watching Drewsky live and knew those APIs won’t stay ‘open’ like that long. So, I went through & tweaked my almost-perfect guns into primo.
I once had a glitched Offering and could tap the queens’ chest at-will: and how I learned how terrible Bungie’s RNG actually is when you open one after another without combos desired. Bungie disrespects Player time and lives with useless grinding as the most-boring and time-dragged jumping puzzle ever. I’ve gone to dozens of GDC conferences and know what they do to feed ‘xec bonuses - I just wish everyone could do this at-least for the sunset guns.

Possible, my goldtusk with cold steel got changed back but my thin line with double dragonfly didn't get fixed and it actually doubles the damage which is nice

One thing i love about Cam in pvp is that he is like me, or im like him, in a sense that we like using cool stuff and a variety of stuff in pvp and can be very good with it. We dont need to use the meta in order to be good, we have pure skill. And im not tryna say im amazing, im good but Cam is fifty times better than me.
I mean, i get you hate RNG and just wants to play with the best guns without stupid grinds, but its kinda fucked to show off your bug abuse. I'm a really big cammy fan, but cmon dude.
To keep the info to yourself "for the sake of the community" then making numerous videos about all the contraband you obtained... I dunno... kinda smelly
