I am a clinic supervisor of 5 separate clinical departments, wanting to pivot my career out of the medical field and into the coaching/consulting field. My broad idea is focusing on Growth Mindset and Mental Health for Coping with Stress and Grief. Participated in Nail Your Niche a couple of months ago then got crazy busy at work and didn’t allow myself the time to focus on my niche or business. It’s time for me to change that!

I'm truly carrying so much wisdom knowledge and understanding about life, however I feel like I struggle starting somewhere in the mix of all the information received to me, where do I start and what would others want to talk about? I just believe that people should have a passion to help and not do it because it’s easy or affordable.
I’m in the middle. I am top of my career in employment but have a successful 1:1 coaching business that I want to scale to group coaching
