He was never in Jerusalem. How could he be inside a mosque that was not built? And the Byzantines had a garbage dump where the Dome of the Rock & al Aqsa were.

I think u have a misunderstanding of what al aqsa is, also he did go to Jerusalem and even knew when exactly a caravan from Jerusalem to mecca would be arriving as well as specficts to geographical locations that are unlikely to know without being there yourself
