In Brazil we do not have time to play or interact with our work team, always a lot of work full of stress and many overtime hours to finish everything, customers always wanting everything on the end, we end up thinking about changing professions. I would love to work outside of Brazil and feel valued.
I just love the image of the video, but the audio, seems like it's cut out from every scene , and made it into the montaj without the intro sound and and end sounds of the shot. I think the cuts on sounds area bit to agressive. Overall amaizing info, and great sequences

Great interview! Unfortunately, everything they do right, we do wrong in the U.S. Pyramid structure, money goes to the owners and top management. Artists are hired for specific skills with no expectation of diversity. Experience is extremely high on the list. No company here would ever dream of hiring someone without experience and then train them, even if they were an architect with a college degree. Also terrible hours, 50 - 60 hours a week and weekends with no over time or extra compensation. And finally, 5 times as many want to be artist as there are jobs.😞
well the tips are useless most of us are individual freelancers with low cost renders that wouldnt be hired by any clients with high demand like them. is like shooting to win the lottery, be realistic, they got a huge oportunity to get well paid, high quality clients, they talk about everything after that, but im sure almost everyone are stuck on getting that client from the beginning.
