Minecraft fact in case you guys see this comment: Torches used to work because you just needed to be in air for a second to have your air bar refilled, and even if torches break right after being placed underwater, the air pocket exists long enough for the player to get air. When they updated and added the improved swimming, it changed and you now have to be in the air for a few seconds because the air bar refills one bubble at a time.

For anyone curious about the spider trap that Dream made, Dream put down water so George couldn’t crouch. That way he couldn’t put up his shield, and he would take longer to mine blocks.

He used an enchanted golden apple which makes you immune to fire a regular golden apple can’t do that so dream was lucky he got an enchanted one
