How can this be news to anyone? Almost everyone knows a relatively lean and mascular body is a bonus point. However, height, facial attractiveness (leaness plays a role here) and money is more important.
Just do chins and dips for the upper body. Get really good at them. Get as lean as you comfortably can. It's really just about having a v taper with with some abdominal development. If you are tall on top of that, you are all set.
Im 28, being in shape definitely increases your attractivenes. Even now in my late 20s im noticing not as many guys are as in shape in comparison to when i was in my late teens and early 20s
Definitely, that's why being able to do dips beside squats , one leg squats is very cool. Ofc I'm gonna bring barbell, dumbbell (adjustable too) from other homestead/farm
I personally like a guy with a lot of muscle and relatively lean. Maybe about 10% bf… other things come into play as well, a stable, solid income and having your life together as well as being a man of god is important to me. A big plus is a rugged guy who can hunt and ride horses and stuff like that. Fox the car and other stuff 😊
Face and Height are way more important than having muscles. If it wasn't the case, people like us that lift weights would have way more success with women than the average Joe, which is not the case at all.
@@JasonBlaha that's true , weight training/ calisthenics/weightlifting n running do improve facial characteristics, I think indirectly due to the stress reducing effect, and maybe other ones. Dunno if T nation has an article on it
Before I started lifting more seriously, I got super lean (ottermode). I ended up gaining 50 lb of muscle in the following years. I got way more attention from women when I was ottermore than when I was bigger. I got lots of attention from gay men after I got bigger though lol

Face, being androgynous can be useful, height in reality is nevermind for the woman who matter.
Low bodyfat is the key, and this will improve your face
You can change your muscles not your height. Also leaner and fit men have more masculine and handsome faces.
