Wow!! That was an awesome adventure just to watch. It reminded me of former holidays on the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads. Not sure that many were camping wild back in those days of the 60's and 70's, but I'm sure that someone knows otherwise. Thanks for sharing, most enjoyable.
Fine video, very entertaining. It helps me to appreciate the wilds in which I live - Kentucky USA.
For anyone whos interested, that was filmed in Bedfordshire and ended the journey at Sharnbrook mill. I did the same run last weekend.

Good on you for helping the cow out of the water ! Last year there was a deer stuck in the mud near the edge of the Wabash river a few miles from me...and it never got out. It stunk up that region for a few months as it rotted just above the water level. Love to see good deeds done ! :)

Great fun. I love the intro and animal rescue. We our hoping to do Wadenhoe River very soon. Then over the next week or so Walking/Exploring Hallaton Mott and Bailey Castle and back into Derbyshire again for more cycling. Autumn is here and winter not far away. Get out as much as ya can. Fantastic to watch! Quick questions. How do you get the canoe back to the put in from the take out? Do you just stash it, get transport back to your car, come pick it up?
