If the Philippine government becomes Federal, I suggest that the anthem for Southern Tagalog state is the "Marangal na Dalit ng Katagalugan" but the lyrics... Instead retaining "Kastila'y mailing ng Katagalugan" because it's too much hate against Spain, it must be replaced with "Kad'lima'y mailing ng Katagalugan" so we abhor evil or darkness.
