@@Brap.Bryant Depends. If your only going to do the Big 3 (Intake, full exaughst, and ECU) then the MSD is all you need. DO NOT waste your money on a Vortex. Its unnecessary, whatever you pull from a vortex your gona pull from the MSD with thoughs mods. Don't listen to baised people, and i speak from experience, just trying to help and keeping it 100. BUT if your going to do more than the Big 3, (hot cams, bore kit, porting, etc) then YES a Vortex is for sure what you need to run it perfect. I run MSD with the full DASA and FCI and my bike runs literally perfect and pulls as much power as your gona get with the Big 3.
@@nrtmouse8673 Glad someone wrote me forgot I commented here.... just FYI man, my bike got off the dyno Monday with the owner Garrett from Fuel Customs and I run FCI, Full DASA system and MSD. Bike topped out at 81MPH, 48.2 HP, and 30.6 Tourque.

I have this exhaust on my quad...put I struggle to find a good tune for my Wiseco Fuel Controller. Does anybody have a good tune?

You need to do the big 3... exhaust witch you already have and tuner and intake, any yfz450r above 2013 needs to do the A.I.S. delete to get rid of the emissions on the quad so it will run properly. Pc5 is the easiest tuner to get tunes for, I think there are very few people in the u.s. that do tuning for the vortex, but vortex is a great tuner for the money but I prefer the Pc5.
I have a 2006 YFC and I just installed a big gun exhaust. It spits fire out when I turn it on. Should I be worried?

How do you make it shoot flames?
If it’s shooting flames it’s not good it means it needs to be tuned it’s either getting to much air or to much fuel .

You should check out yfz predator TR channel and his bike shoots flames too! It’s bad ass
Get the AIS delete kit its cheap by gytr like 30 bucks!
Upgrade the air filter next you can do the pro design kit or one step further go w a fci you will need a better map w the pcv if you go that route! Another pretty cheep mod and a really good investment is a glann innovations case saver and chain slide!

Modelo time lol, I didn’t film the install for the dyno jet power commander dasa offered it as a package with a map.

Did you have to re jet it after? I put duall exhaust on mine and it running like crap now
Joshua Maldonado the exhaust came with a dyno jet power commander 5 with a map loaded into it for the bikes mods, if your bike has a carb it needs to be rejetted or if fuel injected you need a fuel controller to run properly.

She’s got a lean pop that’s why it’s shooting flames, common with any exhaust. I’m sure you had it retuned after the exhaust needs more fuel

@@a.boss.__09 obviously you're not familiar with YFZ 450 s all the ones I've ever seen shoot Flames out the exhaust when you're revving them up in neutral. They're meant to run extremely hot that's why the exhaust glows red when idling. My 05 does it along with all the rest of them I've ever been around only while in neutral though

Perfectly normal according to dealership, we have a 2015 and 2020 and both do this due to meeting some emissions standards and they run lean from factory.

Yea it’s normal brother, I have a stage r trinity exhaust tbh I think it’s louder than this one, but jet your quad and tune and you should be fine

Your best bet would be to get a exhaust with a silencer if it’s too quiet you can always remove it. That 450 with the dasa exhaust is extremely loud and the big gun is also loud but not as loud as dasa.
