Did anyone noticed Lorelei’s face when Luke mentioned they may break up, it’s went from super chipper to a bit of a confused look. Wonder if this made her think they may not work out, don’t know if that’s true or if I’m over-thinking it
First: "Fey owned a flower shop and Art owned a candy store..." Then: "Fey never married, she stopped making candy. It was very sad". So, I guess Fey learned how to make candy from Art and when the town split she started making candy to sell with her flowers, eventually forcing Art to move. Then Fey would have stopped making candy, perhaps from guilt over running him out of town. That's my theory anyway.
Luke look of concern when Lorelai asked if the town was going to make them break up and then his reaction 2:25 is angry. He doesn't want Lorelai to worry and Luke really wants this relationship. Luke going up against Taylor and the town to fight for Lorelai was so sweet

And yes, I am now realizing I am giving far too much attention to something as trivial as a potential goof on a TV show from the 2000s. This is what I'm doing with my evening. 😂
