United are having a dreadful era, the worst I’ve seen from them in my lifetime (I’m 30), but that can all change very quickly with a new manager, or a new owner, etc. The reason clubs like Man United, Arsenal, Liverpool and the like, can go from coming tenth one season, to dominating the league the next, is because they are big clubs, and they’re always one or two players, or a new manager away from success.
