    drop the recipe! always wanted to know how to make the sauce for the fried fish.

      Tomato sauce
      Fry until fragrant:
      2 Tbsp chopped lemon grass
      2 Tbsp chopped ginger
      1 Tbsp chopped garlic
      1-5 Chopped chills
      Then add in a little salt, a little MSG or Chicken bullion and a little tamarind powder, 1 Tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp seasoning sauce and 1 large chopped tomato. Add 3 tbsp water stir for about 5 minutes on high heat.

    Would love to see you cook some traditional, OG mien food like pork stew (aww wounh), steamed ground pork wrapped in banana leaves in aluminum foil (aww bouh), and fried organ meats. Sorry, I don't know how to spell in mien. I miss the traditional mien food. Have a nice day.
