Have fond memories of a family holiday in 1977, stayed at 'Park Vista ' guest house, close to Torre Abbey.l have been back many times since then and will always love Torquay even though it has changed a lot.

I was born in Chelston in Torquay and lived there till I moved to Teignmouth 10 years ago,I loved Torquay in the 70s &80s but now it’s a dump with a nice seafront,the council have left it to rot,it’s such a shame .
There is absolutely nowhere else in the World I would rather live :-) Great video!
Yep same here.
Used to be nice but not anymore,the town was great in the 80s,no crime and plenty of investment in the area,not anymore
