The better the alignment on these skiers the easier the balance. The "bad balancers" have the worse alignment. Just a pattern I see. You cannot coach yourself out of bad alignment. Is alignment is the holy grail? No. But is sure makes a huge difference. You wouldn't drive your car around a corner with misaligned axles without bad results what makes you can do this with your body. The guy in the orange will never to able balance on the outside ski properly, just look at that alignment in the freeze frame 23:09. If you don't this for performance do this for the knee and joint health.
Love the reminder to not extend to the end-range-of-movement point. Just like you don't want to bottom out your shocks on your car/motorcycle.

Not quite - it is a half step to level 3. Think of it as a 2.5 if such a thing existed
